I just got a new klim helmet with a transition face shield. LOVE IT!! Might be something to look into for the Ruroc you have.

I think the Ruroc Atlas 2.0 helmets are the best looking helmets on the market right now. Just my personal opinion. Hope to get my hands on a one soon! Thanks for sharing as always! The new shop is DOPE!!

Your telling me I just wanted the long chin curtain but I'm not paying 27 for a 13 buck cloth piece. Had to return the helmet and get a refund because the clips on the back kept coming off Everytime I took it off.

Ruroc's Customer service is awesome as well. I got the Shockwave, and the first speakers were junk, sounded like they were blown. Ruroc spent a few days going over troubleshooting and sent me new speakers out asap. Top-Notch communication and did not feel like I was being sent canned responses.

Blockhead just reviewed some colored shields. I think they were ruroc. Looked awsome on his and of course he went with gold. Personally like an aviator style helmet . I have a half with no shield and a fullface Harley helmet I luckily got at a discount.

Love the gold one makes your helmet look like somthing out of halo

Hey bro I know you're a busy man and praise God for blessing you with the new shop but really would like your opinion on the orange low light visor for the ruroc helmet I have the same helmet and want to order a visor that looks cool but I don't have to change out even at night time

I'll be swapping visors on the new helmet that's coming (I'll set it up for motovlogs). I'll be sure to share my opinions.

When will you have the shop up and running?

I got a Ruroc Atlas 2.0. mostly because of KZreadrs like you and Blockhead. Great helmet and I love the green visor. As a heads up though, the helmet does NOT come with a pinlock! In must be purchased separately

Mr. Maxwell I have a 2013 Harley Davidson street glide when you let off the throttle it is giving a pinging or Tinging what could it be I would say it's coming from the derive line but not sure

Hey Scott check on the opening of the Monument....The Navajo nation was hit hard with the Chinese Virus and everything in the Lake Powell area was closed last week. Arches National Park was closed 2 weeks ago...go to the US Gov site to see if the places ur going are open. I live in Northern AZ and was just through that area.....safe riding

Blockhead runs them on his, but don’t know first hand if any modifications were done.

What lift are you putting in your new shop? Hardy? Titan? Something else? Do tell!!!

Can you run Sena In the helmet

I have the Bell Race Star Flex DLX helmet and it comes with a transition visor: it is tinted during the day and clear at night. If you want to swap visors, it literally takes 10 seconds to put the visor on. The mechanism is awesome. It also has the added benifit of being Snell rated. The Ruroc helmets look cool, but they are a cheap imitation.

What head shape is the helmet

Are you going to be only Harley shop or will you work on other brands.

Still wearing a Turtle shell here. But as i get older getting smacked by June bugs and Japanese hornets just isn't as much fun as it used to be. I am told the newer helmets are much lighter. Will go try a few on and see

Peterborough Chad .....kind of a one trick pony.....but if you had a touring bike, a rocker would be fine for just cruising I guess.

My only wish is that i would have ordered the pinlock when i got mine. Thought they came with one, but was totally wrong. Now to pay 27 dollars shipping on a 25 dollar buy, oof!

To those who may be ordering one... The Pinlock DOES NOT come standard. Nor does the Shockwave. The KZreadrs got all that stuff for free. The rest of us have to buy that stuff separately. Just wanted to make sure everyone was aware of that. On the Facebook group Ruroc set up for us, there was a LOT of confusion. Shiny side up!

@@TheHarleyTech All good, sir. You're not the only one who made that assumption. Ruroc set up a group called "Ruroc Motorcycle Gang" on Facebook, where a lot of the new Atlas owners connect and chat. I ordered mine after watching your review. I also live in GA, so hearing that it vented well, and stayed relatively cool mattered to me. LOL

A guy wants to know when or if they will come out with a full factory beard attachment?

The color looks to be iridium. That’s what Oakley calls it. Great video!

How does the weight compare to a half helmet? I would like to have a full face helmet but can’t handle the weight due to being a wild ass kid and paying for it as I get older. 😂

It's just as light if not lighter than a half she'll helmet. I was super surprised when I got my atlas 2.0 El Diablo as I was a half shell helmet rider up untill then. It's stupid light weight

I was let down by the visor colors.... that needs improving ... the gold I ordered doesn't really scream GOLD.l it just looks lightly tinted... even in this video he was looking for which one was Gold and couldn't tell .... hopefully the 3.0 visors and padding attachments are better with more liner options because the fit is loose

Why do they make a helmet that requires removing parts? Helmets now you open visor, push a tab, visor comes off, insert new visor and close it and it’s locked.

I actually like the removable parts better just because it makes the helmet look cleaner. I have had both, and they each have their advantages.

Now I have seen it all. Blind guy selling helmet visors,,,, LOL making me wish I had the matching helmet though !

Not open, yet. Should be next week. Everything is getting moved in, shop tools are on order, licensing getting done, payment processing getting installed. So much to do!

Hey man, when are you open? Chattahoochee just railroaded me on my insurance claim wreck and I'm done with them. You know I do most of my own work, but want to be able to trust that if I get hit, like tend to do, I can trust the shop I send my bike to to take care of it. Chattahoochee isn't that place anymore.

can't speak for the 2.0 but the 1.0 really sucks, extremely noisy visor doesn't ratchet into multiple position, takes or took 3 months to get. just not a good experience, or a good helmet.

2.0 is major redesigned. The complaints of the 1.0 are fixed. Sadly due to Covid, shipping has been a disaster.
