This time we are going to step outside the perfect little master planned communities, and see what rural life have to offer. We ofter miss out on some blessings because we are so boxed in with limited thinking, or unwillingness to experience something new. I think you will be impressed with what you can get compared to the Big Name Builders we are familiar with. This is for the average hard working middle class people like myself.

@ Julie, You are quite welcome. Okay Julie this particular area is part of Kaufman County near 557 Spur and US 20. This builder does build homes in various parts of the Dallas/FT Worth Area. He and his wife are awesome. I Have a year warranty, and they are so gracious. I am OCD and now that I am getting settled in I see little issues, and he is on it same day or next day. Anything you find wrong with your home he will come out and personally address the issue. I personally text them and they are on it asap. He is very accommodating. I am glad I chose them over Big Name Builders.

Alexandra Bazelais Villeda Enterprises. They build all over Dallas, but mostly Terrell.

interesting can the build a design that looks like the master planned builds....there are some i really like...your house looks nice though
I live in Lewisville Texas at Chapel Hill Luxury apartment but my rent is $1,650 a months but I will buy a $750,000 home in Denton County Texas this year and I am from the Nawlins aka New Orleans Louisiana born and raised
