Featuring a Yorkshire special at Haworth. One of my favorite set of authors, and an intriquing story where great novels rose from the ashes of family, personal and local tragedies. To stand at Top Withens and imagine how the landscape and moors stimulated and influenced the minds of such a sisterhood; was a bucket list program for me. To sit in Branwell's chair at the pub, visit the old apothecary, stand in the Bronte kitchen in the old rectory... I hope this video will stand the test of time and prove popular with all Bronte fans and readers.

Their father was ahead of his time in giving his children (especially girls) full access to any and all literature. Their imaginations were encouraged from a very young age.
