I certainly felt closer to him than the others. I felt sorry for him a lot of the time before Hermoine. Harry was getting all the fame the attention and Ron was always the third wheel. Then he finally got his happy ending with her 😍 he deserved it. He worked so hard to try and fit in, someone who wasn’t naturally gifted with magic. That would have been me if Hogwarts was real

I think in an interview round about movie 3 or so, Rupert actually said he hoped that Ron's character would get killed out so he wouldn't have to kiss Hermione. lol He said that Emma was like a sister to him and that it would be way weird. I think Emma wanted to make clear that it’s acting, bc some ppl would start shipping not only characters but also actors. All the trio said they were like family, siblings etc at some point. Ii’s funny when you watch a trio interview of GoF (4th), Emma and Rupert were already like ‘uh, our characters could go out and kiss later...’ They expected it but I suppose it was kind of awkward, especially for Emma, bc her childhood crush was for Tom Felton but their characters hated each other lol.

That's the most I've seen Rupert talk without really taking long breaks in between. He seems really grounded and just chilled. I imagine that they are almost done filming probably next month now.

1:37 Em never said it was "the most horrible thing I've ever had to do" that would be a bit dramatic since there's much worse things to happen to you. She said it was A horrible thing to do ONLY because Rupert's like her brother. That interviewer is way out of line. Rupe was all "yeah it was fun" and he's all "well she said it was the worst thing she's ever had to do" and then he changes his mind and says "well neither of us were looking forward to it" it sounds like Em's saying it's horrible because of who Rupe is. You could almost hear his heart break right there, but you could completely see the devastated look on his face. To hear that someone you've fancied before hated the fact that she had to kiss you must hurt a lot💔

Aw I love this guy. I'm pretty sure every girl kind of fell for him and his character at some point during the series. I miss all the characters and just waiting for the new ones to come out, I grew up watching these films... It's just so sad it ended so soon.

How they’ve grown from now is just amazing, and they’ve done a lot more and I still think Rupert is Ron, just how he’s played the character for so long. I can see Rupert and Ron at the same moments. 😊😅

i like how the interviewe opens with the same beggining line as he did with harmoine

The thing with Ron caring for the house-elves was brilliant and symbolic, but after a decade of eager expectations, I wish J.K. would have described the kiss more profoundly, without being too cheesy, and also not just left it behind afterwards like it never happended. The circumstances could also have been somewhat more dramatic involving magic somehow, like if they were fighting Dementors and created a protection charm around themselves and then kissed and their Patronuses suddenly worked.
