I have no idea this almost bullying obsession with sex is of any importance at all. Piers is so prissy here and so ignorant of the AIDS epidemic - for a journalist, it's mind boggling. The world is full of bisexual people who live by none of the conventional rules. It's not in the least unusual. Rupert has never believed in marriage, so why would Piers think that Paula Yates or her husband would worry about him being involved in their relationship? Lots of husbands and wives have involvements with other partners. Way more than most people would imagine. It's sad that he's aged so badly though, because he used to be quite stunning. Interesting guy. His books are good too.
