I don't think it has anything to do with being "dumb" or sequence. It has more to do with the custom in Spanish and other Romance languages to use the plural instead of singular (as in, I think, Portuguese speaker here, "vestido de lentejuelas"). Roxxxy is, I believe, of Latino heritage. So, in purely linguistic terms, I see "sequins" as a translation from the Spanish. I have also noticed that plural terms are becoming more frequent.

That is such a good idea!! And it’d be great if Ms Valerie like the idea and does it for a laugh!
8:20 Detox would in later years admit that she _was_ being shady and trying to instigate sh*t. But we already knew that. 🤣 It would have been _fierce_ though if Coco simply just accepted the shady shenanigans and told Alyssa that even though they were paired together for drama, that they should do their best together and show out with an amazing verse, putting Detox in her place. But sadly, Coco fell into the trap that she knew was set for her, whereas Alyssa, despite knowing the trap, put effort into making the best of the situation.
