So true! Some queens would still get zero screen time or even worse edit in the reunion episode. This episode is like a celebration for the queens. They get to redeem themselves and shine again!

Been waiting for this. Megami ATEEE this DOWNNN! I 100% was rooting for her to win this episode. I've always liked her for some reason, and this episode just proved why! I also almost passed out watching Mirage because she is just SOOOO enchanting. When she spins it is just so magical. I wanted to see her go further and I really hope to see her again soon because she is probably the most enchanted and engaging performer ever on the show. (I also think Plasma won that 3-way lipsync!)

I do agree Mirage is just magic on the stage, she can move in such an enchanting way! Megami was great indeed and I barely remembered her from the season! It was such a nice surprise! And I said it before and I will say it again, Ru definitely hates all these wonderful musical theatre queens! I hate that, Plasma should have won that 3 way lipsync!

Plasma WON that 3-way IMHO & Megami WON against Morphine IMHO. I've been saying for weeks that Rupaul & production have been shady and are setting up Sapphira to win season 16 and I'm NOT here for it.

EVERYONE underestimate Megami and THIS was THE MEGAMI EPISODE ❤❤ just like with Silky on AllStars 6

Well, the thing is that you have to put it all in, and not look crazy while doing so. That wig... gurl you can't win a lip sync looking like that. A performance is also a look.

Morphine was soooooooo good this whole episode. Megami i feel like was putting up a front throughout the season, and she finally let go of all expectations and just performed

being a huge geek, megami was one of my favorites when the cast was first announced and watching her finally shine and prove to the world exactly why she was cast in the first place after being underestimated by everyone was such a joy to witness. it even felt like Ru fell in love with Megami this episode with how she embodied these older songs, like you could see how much RU was living for Megami. I could definitely see her being invited back for an all stars after her performance this episode and the fans response to her.

They really exhausted their soundboard of 5 audience sounds in this episode

There was two months between the episode where Q was eliminated until the last two episodes. It has something to do with an anticipation of a strike.

Sooo… the deal with Q’s tittie reveal… (This is all according to Megami on X.) Janet Jackson’s “What About” is a song about domestic abuse. (It sounded kinda familiar to me but I didn’t know it by name and definitely didn’t know about the subject matter. Which feels odd because I love Janet and know sooo much of her music. But clearly not all of it. lol.) Megami knew that Q had that reveal prepared but she also knew that Q wouldn’t do it during a song about domestic violence. Which was the right call on Q’s part. But Megami played her like a fiddle. Anyway, that’s why she did it after lipsync/after she had already been eliminated.

Plasma CLEARLY won that triple lipsync

Dawn said on twitter that she wasn't feeling her best around the time of filming this episode and also knew she couldn't win, so she chose Amanda to perform with as friends and also to get her to advance to the next round!

Plasma should have won that but the producers thought we would get a better show between Myah, Morphine, and Mirage.

It was a wise move, because Mhi'ya would have beat her for almost anything else. I was very happy to see Megami do well, and we finally saw the queer art worth protecting, however, Mhi'ya now joins Jasmine and Jax for robbed lip sync assassins during the lalaparuza.

I wish there was a way to convince Morphine to invest that money. If she just lets it sit in a moderately aggressive portfolio it can turn into 500k+ by the time she retires without adding a dime with an average annual return of 7%, which is well within the S&P 500 annual average. Her butt was big enough to win $50k, it's big enough. 😂 Anyway, I hope they do this every year; I loved this episode. Mirage and Amanda really won me over.

Morphine ate and she deserved to win, considering she also won against Sapphira! :D I was impressed by Plasma, but what on earth was she thinking with that wig reveal? Going for THAT wig with MILKSHAKE? I mean, come on! The long wig was great, she looked so good, and then she decided to give 70 yo dame after the reveal :D

Well, congrats to Morphine and her BBL. I’m just not enchanted by her style though. In her vs Mirage, I actually would have had Mirage advance. Her spins and fluid floor work are hypnotic. As for the 3-way lip sync…which really was Plasma vs Mih’ya cause Xunami was just like a piece of furniture, not even “decor”, Plasma had a great performance. Maybe it’s the camera work or the editing (as in we couldn’t really see the whole stage unlike those that were present) but it was hard to keep up with M being all over the place including the back while Plasma stuck to the front centre. She could have advanced.

Everyone: you better give me your all in this lip sync Mirage: do you know the lyrics ?

For me the winner of each lipsync was Amanda vs Dawn- Amanda wins Megami vs Q- Megami wins Morphine vs Geneva- Morphine wins Mirage vs Hershii- Mirage wins Mhi'ya vs Plasma vs Xunami- Plasma wins Megami vs Amanda-Megami wins Morphine vs Mirage- Morphine wins Megami vs Mhi'ya -Megami Wins Morphine vs Megami-Morphine wins Side note- If Plasma won the 3 way lipsync i think the final lipsync of the night would've been Morphine vs Plasma -Morphine wins

I wonder if they let Mhi'ya through at that stage to possibly have her go against Megami, it would close her "arc". She would have won or lost against the girl who sent her home. I feel like if it was Plain Jane and Amanda in that situation, we would have seen something similar. I don't like how they cut to one person and we don't see what the other is doing, I wanna see the full performances, why not split the screen or something.

I really enjoyed this episode, it was very straight forward. all the queens did amazing, no unnecessary drama, I love the new and improved new main stage, I hope this will be moving forward, like you I hate the 3 way lip syncs, but Plasma eat that lip sync she way did better than Mhi'ya , I wanted Mirage or Morphine to win but at the end I was Ok if Megami won because she did that, but Morhine winning was well deserved, I'm taking in to consideration all her fabulous confessionals and over all performance thru season she was fabulous.

Its not a new stage btw. This was the Celebrity Drag Race studio, since they have a live audience. Pretty sure they’ll only use this stage for these types of things.

@@novatm13 when RuPaul walked the runway she saiid, welcome to the new and improved main stage of RuPauls drag race, that’s why I said that, and yes I know this was the stage used for celebrity drag race, and yes I agree with you probably it was only used for this ocasión only, but why shall see how season 17 or the next Allstars look like 😊

I enjoyed the performances but honestly the way they went about it was weird, the best time they did lipsync lalapaluza was CDR 4

the double standard between amanda and plane is honestly crazy. amanda was singled out constantly by plane during her time on the show, and the fans are attacking her for saying that plane being in the top 3 is possibly not correct to her (even after she said she’s fully aware of how she feels bitter toward plane). plane talked shit about amanda on multiple occasions when she wasn’t even there, and the fans live for it. like what?💀 I’m not a plane jane hater btw, just someone with critical thinking skills

Im definitely in the minority where I didn’t like Plasma or Mhi’ya’s performance to Milkshake

I wanted mirage time win so I am a little disappointed not gonna lie

I love these reactions but when she said drag race is rewarding queens doing the same sh** all the time I thought it's really hard and requires months if not years of practice to achieve those tricks so it's great to be rewarded for doing them, specially Mhi'ya who at least had a lot of tricks, in the other hand morphine did the same boring split on every lip sync the whole season and she's the winner of the lollaparooza? The finale should have been Mirage vs either megami or Mhi'ya

I’m certain it is really hard but it gets old. We didn’t see anything new from Mhi’ya in that 3-way yet she won? Plasma was highly entertaining and gave us a laugh. I agree Megami should have won but I bet if she did the same thing in four lipsyncs during the regular season, we wouldn’t have been as impressed.

Season 16 top 3 is giving me a Reboot of Season 2 Top 3

I love Morphine and was sooo happy/proud of her. HOWEVER that being said Megami won this for me. Also Plasma won that lip sync. I say Megami won because to me she was serving the energy the song needed. Where as Morphine was doing a great job however she was doing just her usual sexy Morphine thing. Which is great but just didn’t fit the song as well. I think they didn’t give it to Megami because they were scared fans would be mad. I’m happy for Morphine but I’m bummed because Morphine is already going to be set money wise for awhile being a great performer, a popular queen from the season, and having made it to top 5. So to me Megami needed this more than Morphine.

I think it’s kind of unfair to have odd number of girls not lipsync to earn their spots. I think Mhi’ya, Morphine and Megami should have lip-synced and choose 2 of the girls to advance. Same goes for Mhi’ya, she was in a really good spot since she only had to lipsync twice had Megami not chose her for the lipsync before the final 2.

If Mhiya had changed up her lipsynch style just a lil and not focus so much much on flips on the second round she would have won

Plasma may have not won on the show, but she won in everyone’s heart

I honestly thought Megami should've won.

Plasma beat Mhi'ya in that threeway lipsync. But Rupaul loves Mhi'ya and was hoping for a Mhi'ya vs. Morphine lipsync again.

So basically what I think about the song choices: Damaged is LONG AWAITED, Q is lucky Amanda didn’t get this in episode 5 cos she would WIPE THE FLOOR with Q What About feels right… defo better than most songs Million dollar baby is decent, not a song we needed so soon Alone is… awful. Milkshake should’ve been used with Silky i fear We didn’t need Cher, We NEEDED Donna Summer again We Got The Beat? Oh! Gonna Make You Sweat is not a very draggy song Conclusion: where tf was Beyoncé, Gaga, Mariah, Britney, A Better Cher Song and WHERE. WERE. THE. CLUB. SONGS.

So glad Mhi'ya's one trick flips didn't win. Very disappointed in Megami not winning. I was rooting for Morphine the whole episode but she did not win that last one. Plasma also won the triple. Lots of poor decisions made by Ru and/or interference from the producers.

This season was a mess and so overproduced and boring. I don’t even know where to begin. I feel bad for these girls. The last season was a lot to live up to but damn….
