INVESTIGATION : Speedbird/British Airways 1964 was a daily passenger flight from Larnaca, Cyprus To London Gatwick Intl. It is carrying 186 passengers onboard of the flight, Captain Wit was the captain of British Airways 1964, Co-Pilot Jacob was the co-pilot of British Airways 1964, Meanwhile in London Gatwick Air Canada 153 was on his flight from Toronto Canada to London Gatwick, carrying 234 passengers onboard on that flight. Over France British Airways 1964 is cruising above France in 34,000 feet. Now at London Gatwick British Airways 1964 was cleared on it's approach in London Gatwick 26R (18R), ATC Clears Air Canada 153 to taxi to runway 08 R (36R) to taxiway Golf (G), they are currently on Juliet 6 (J6) and British Airways 1964 is now on its descend towards 26R just currently above London Gatwick Intl. Air Canada 153 now request for clearance to taxi to runway 08R. Now British Airways flight 1964 is on final/approach at runway 26R and Air Canada 153 taxing to runway 08R. But the suddenly the Co-Pilot sees Air Canada 153 taxing at Golf. Then realize there is a problem. The Crew switches to TO/GA mode to go around then....... Misses the Air Canada 153, Investigators are still finding out why this problem can switch into something big. British Airways 1964 touches down at Runway 26R, but still doesn't know why can such this problem into a big mistake. Edit 1 : Blackboxes we're recovered from those 2 planes, but it looks like AIr Canada 153 taxi to runway 08R but without any ATC Permission within. Edit 2 : at the moment, the accident was now full concluded as a "Pilot Error"
