Totally!! She was being soo quite and following instructions, unlike how usually she is, and we all know why is that, girl is not that complicated. But, Jaesuk was going out of his mind, and needed help saving whatever there is to save. She totally got the message, and didn't leave his side the whole episode afterwards. Still she wasn't her usual self, she was totally holding back herself, minding something, or someone. You gonna see the entertaining Somin next episode back.

Somin wasn't complaining the whole episode, hyped it up, even when she herself is a mini Jaesuk when it comes to energy and activeness during shootings. She was following the concept, but you can see Sechan 5:23 wanting her to go with them, and she instantly obliged. She really is good at reading the atmosphere and adapt. She was chosen for punishment by Jihyo, so she didn't get running balls, and even missed out the photography game, when we knows it's one of her hobbies and would have enjoyed it max. At least she made the elders trip more enjoyable, and the return of the Suzuki/Soba team lol That forehead slap tough, Jaesuk did say that he totally treats Somin unlike anyone of his juniors 😂

It's the 1st time i saw somin soo quiet and timid in years... The moment she was on errand with yjs and sjs she went back to her old energetic and fun self. Also don't forget is Jihyo is their senior and older than them, so they can't behaving with an attitude around her, who gets genuinely angry. Somin always kind of never go against Jihyo unless it's absolutely necessary, like for a game, and many times she conceded if things aren't fun and just awkward. She is a social and entertainment smarty. I think Kook was just with the mindset "let's just give her the episode she wants, and let the production team deal with consequences."

I think Haha, Jee Seok Jin and Yoo Jae Seok save this episode, Haha with butterfly in camera is very funny, Yoo Jae Seok with pranksetter and Jee Seok Jin in the water 😂

Many of the comments I've seen from naver blame YJS or JSJ for their complaints. Whether they are Korean or foreign, her fans are blind. Such a shame that those who work hard gets a lot of hate for trying to give the producer something to air.

Nope. I think jihyo plan is not suitable for entertainment show. It can be done off the camera with people that have the same interests to the activity that doesn't need to do anything other than sleeping

Jihyo knew if they literally did temple stay, it would be a lot challenging to make the show entertaining. That's why she changed a bit. However, I really think the veteran members; JSJ and YJS knew it is still a challenging episode. Their experience really played important roles for the show. That's why they behaved that way 🤣

They are so funny with this content. Their characters seem more obvious!

This SJH stay is okay if it is not for filming or if RM theme is laid back one.. but we all know, RM is known for it chaotic theme.. the members always try to create a worthy filming variety show.. so, i kind of understand why Jaesuk & Sukjin keep complain.. they just cannot relax & do nothing.. if u guys remember the episode when they just relax, cooking & eating in a house, and Jaesuk keep on asking member to sing & dance with him.. because he know, if all of them just go with the flow, the is no funny scene will be create..

@@onetwothree8359 the only thing that bored me about this episode was the whining by members..was like a bunch of spoiled pampered city kids being taken to the countryside and whining because they had to actually "walk" and enjoy something besides their hand phones..personally I am getting sick of all the episodes that just bring on a celebrity to get ratings or promote their new movie, song or TV show...if that is all RM can do is bring on celebrities then change the show to "Celebrity Outing"...this episode actually made me want to visit Korea because I felt it showed their was more to Korea then just celebrities and their plastic surgery appearances and just eating food which is what most recent episodes seem to be about..or maybe YJS thinks the only good thing about Korea is the food and fake celebrities?

I am really like Jaesuk because you can never see me sleep during the day, even when I was pregnant.

Not gonna lie this episode could have been really bad based on the activities planned for the day but thank god the members were funny especially JSJ and Somin. Been a fan of Jihyo for 7 years but was really dissapointed by her lack of participation today since she is the trip leader. Really wished she talked more and got more screentime and made this a full episode or 2 since they even inserted the buildup to the trip{ jihyo discussion with staff) to fit a full episode. No hate though just love her and wants the best for her with all the company issues she had going on.

3.4 rating I saw comment last week someone said this is high rating because jihyo episode so funny 🤣

Jihyo's plan is a good idea for the members but not for a variety show. It just felt as if she went to work to just sleep and eat like she would if she were home. I don't want her to leave the show, I just want her to try more.

Nah this isn't a Ji Hyo special episode. This is clearly an JaeSuk/Sukjin/Haha episode. Them three hella carried this episode to make it more entertaining it can be. Also I appreciate JK, So Min, and Se Chan for not complaining a lot like the others. Imo, it helps to balance the atmosphere there.

It's sad to see just how low SJH's relationship with the other members are now. The members have well and truly given up on SJH, they just straight up don't bother anymore. The interactions between YJS+SJH are so nonexistent I forget they are the Candy Alliance (YJS still uses -shi with SJH). Same with the Mapo Siblings, HH doesn't even try with SJH anymore, and he was the one who reacted to SJH the loudest. Same with Mongdol, JSM doesn't bother anymore (beyond greeting a colleague). Same with JSJ, there is nothing. Even KJK, who enjoyed the trip, doesn't interact with SJH to the point where I forget they're SpartAce. Only YSC really has a relationship with SJH, and is the only member linking SJH with the others. The glue holding everyone together. Is it their fault? Probably not because as much as they try SJH gives nothing back. But still, to see them give up is hard to watch. I really hope SJH can improve her relationship with the others, because it feels like watching 6 close friends + that one colleague they all work with. I will give credit where credit is due, SJH made me chuckle a few times at the beginning of the episode. She really should start a YT blog channel, because she does have funny bones in her.

This type of detox style just doesn't match and meant for Jae Suk. He likes to stay active. Oh my Jae Suk.😅😅

Ok now I understand what people said about this episode. If it was just a few people complain so there was simply diffenrence in opinion among viewers But almost people complaining so there is not different taste anymore, it has something wrong. Actually I like the healing concept, pretty fine. But the main issue is the schedule. It should have done better, I feel bad because the place is really beautiful but it was wasted. Remember this is entertainment show, you can totally keep healing vibe and make better games. Imagine you just woke up at 7 am then you have to sleep in the same morning at 10 am. Well this is not healing. I read comments from Korean viewers and they have the same opinion. I have to say Haha and Yoo Jae Suk saved this episode. Especially Haha.

I think the Detox theme was made for the members to feel a short break from the hard work they've been doing. This theme also has a budget value that is not much and this is a good thing to do considering the amount of additional budget members have from the results of the race is small. Jihyo as the first winner could have made the decision to change the theme to be more lively and spend more on the budget, but this would not go well for the other members' next trips, so that was quite wise for me.

im sure jaesuk didnt mean to be rude and keep complaining but seriously without the members complaining this ep cannot be air at all because of not enough footage as u can see 70% of this ep are mostly footage of jaesuk, somin, jisukjin and haha complaining. i understand jihyo didnt deserve the hates but seriously she need to change, the only time she actives is when doing a love line with gary and jongkook. jaesuk always try his best to let jihyo talk but her reaction is bad. people complaining somin as an attention seeker yall don't understand how pressure somin is by the staff for not reacting much when she first joined. i love now that she always react to everything the members did and said, she always play around with em, she let the members teased her even tho i feel bad seeing her got gang up like that but the reason they do that because they comfortable playing around with her while with jihyo well they are family but they cannot joke around with her much or hang out with her.

This was a very calm and healing idea, I really enjoyed it! It's a good break from the usual variety show content nowadays! And the contrast and bickering between the members was entertaining. hehe thanks for this rm!

One critic thing for jihyo this episode (since jihyo fans attacking other members for not giving screentime to jihyo) - Jihyo is the trip designer for this episode, but all the works where done by other members like serving food (Somin, Sechan), photo missions (JK, sechan and Haha), entertainment and creating content which is worth to air (jaesuk, sukjin, Somin and other members). Jihyo was sleeping when JK was actively going around and taking photos. So its reminder to jihyo fans, accept your jihyo is not active and because of her own fault jihyo is not getting screentime. This episode proves it. So dont blame other hardworking members like Somin, jaesuk, sukjin, JK etc (This comment is put because Jihyo fans was attacking somin constantly especially in IG and some attack Jaesuk saying he complains too much and some threaten PD)

Gary with loveline pickup line meanwhile kwangsoo with sibling thing. After these two left. You can see SJH real character. This is SJH. I so love this episode!

The moment it was revealed that SJH would be the first trip designer, I knew it was meant to be doomed since she doesn’t participate much. When I saw the teaser, I thought maybe it’s not gonna be so bad because they can always make an episode fun. But when I finally watched it, I felt that there really is no connection between SJH and the members. I can’t blame them for whining and complaining TBH. I’d rather see them camping and doing chaotic stuff together.

I never understand why they agree to do this segment. I love Ji hyo but just laying around and do nothing is just too much. I know its her character but instead of sleeping game she should propose activity that prevent her from sleeping. Just do anything to be active. Even if its a boring one just be active at least. When you choose this activity, you are not only create a boring event but also showed urself as lazy person. Thank god YJS is good at making these boring situations more lively or else the production wont have any clip to broadcast. I remember 2 d 1 n cuts many good scene cuz they cant fill them all in 2 eps cuz every moment is worth laughter. Hope SJH realise all the bad comment she received is not just hate but criticism for her to be better.

Yjs complained a lot because to begin with, the activities arranged left them with almost nothing to make the episode fun. Usually the nap part, YJS will replace with nogari(chatting) session. Or he turns on music and they have a dancing party. But the rule 'if you don't nap, you will punish' imposed here. They were force to sleep when watching them only sleeping would be super boring. It is interesting that SJH works in entertainment industry for 13 years but still doesn't understand how the industry work. She organized the brain detox (napping) because she wanted to heal from the stress of creating some interesting scenes. When their work is to entertain in the first place.

This is every member's tour so it would accommodate what the chosen member wants. They also did this in members week. Regardless of what you are trying to say, this episode is very fun. I understand the purpose of the concept, this supposed to be a healing time for the casts but it didn't executed well. Healing time is a personal thing, each person have different preferences for their healing time, some people like fun activities and some like calm activities like enjoying the views etc The schedule leaned to calm activities, that's why this episode didn't really work, maybe a more mixed schedule between calm and fun activities would do.

Totally agree!!! Detoxing methods varies from a person to another. Sleeping while having in mind a shooting that needs to be completed, isn't Jaesuk and Sukjin style, who were the only ones capable (responsible) of voicing complaints. They weren't told that they would have to sleep on an empty stomach at 11am, thus came after sleeping good the whole night, and starving cause jihyo randomly decided that she doesn't mind eating nothing (she is on to some extreme diets) during the meeting... They did mention it before in RM, that their healing time, is when they just chat and talk about everything and anything for hours. It could have been done that way. Instead of staring blankly in the water (which was changed to face slapping cause they didn't have enough to broadcast) could have been chatting in the middle of Nature while feets socked in water eating watermelons and stuff... Write letters or drawings to each others and go to a separate location and read/react to theirs alone... Stuff like that. Things that can be broadcasted... Sleeping and zoning out... Those are images not videos worth material... Jihyo should have done better at adapting and following their lead, not fighting with them and making everything cringe and weird. You would see everyone's trip plans getting roasted later on the same way, you would see complaining and nagging, nitpicking at the most absurd things.. But, you would definitely see a totally different reaction from the planer, who will go with the flow and don't take it to heart, and be sulky and call their mom, drawing pity instead of laughs and smiles...

I think this episode is indeed fun and comfortable to watch, but unfortunately song jihyo sleeps a lot and takes a little role to be the leader, if the other members don't have something funny, it must be very boring. After watching everything I liked it quite a bit .
