Hi Tim, how you manage the camera and iPad to not overheat during the event. I found it’s overheat 4-5 times in 2 hours

Make sure it's not in direct sunlight, and if you have it in an enclosure make sure it has ventilation / fan. If you purchased a booth from a manufacturer, ask them about it!
How about the front display video? Are there dimensions for that?

Hi Tim. Do the pictures take up on-device storage memory, or does it upload directly to the site for storage?

Both: the photos are stored on the iPad as a backup, in case you accidentally delete you gallery etc, as well as being uploaded to the online gallery. They take up very little space on your iPad.

We've received conflicting reports about that specific model: for some people it works fine, for others it doesn't work at all. So we officially do not support it. But the app is free to download and try out with your camera, you can try it all out in about 60 seconds. So I'd recommend just try it out! The app is called "Booth.Events" on the app store.
Tim, how can I add background photo for the guest to choose a different background
