Keep being real and don't worry about yapping... If you feel like complaining, just do it. People like me who are kinda new to tft (I played set 9 and I'm now back in 11) actually learn a thing or two from yapping. Also your audience is not children, so you do not need to force yourself to be always positive whatever happens and in all games. Even in this game where everything went right, it is understandable to be somewhat negative if you're going through some emotions about the game through this set or multiple last sets. It's always enjoyable hearing other more experienced players' experiences with the game and how they feel about it now after years of playing.

You played the game exactly right, utilized all resources the game gave you. Mort did say there are 9+ S tier comps, all of which are conditional, non-transferrable, and are prone to hit. In reality, only reapers and sage lux are consistent in placement enough to hard force. Nerfing syndra definitely did not help fast 8 AP flex.

I believe all sets are "very flexible" at the start due to the nature of the game, yes, every set probably will be solved faster and faster, however, having played only set 9, 10 and 11 in ranked and consistently, I agree that this set has a big issue ever since the patch that nerfed heavenly Kayn dropped, You have a handful of good builds that work without crazy conditions, most A builds need you to hit a lot of crazy stuff for them to work, you have to have a full direction to your board by 3-1, that makes the game feel very straight forward from then on. Right now there are 9 Rank S builds, from them, only two pairs can be considered as "pivotable to" when playing, which is Fast 9 Irelia legendaries or 7 Story Weaver, and you can flex also btween Kaisa bruisers into 7 Inkshadows, however I use quotations for Flex, because those two depend solely on wether you hit an emblem or not.

Casual boxbox fan here. I think the complaining is fine but I wonder how much of the stream is complaining. I miss the positive attitude and fun little bits he does during a match. It’s easy to get sucked into a bad attitude so hope all is well life wise for him

It's just end of set anger because everyone plays the S tier comps that win out, and with the last two sets the pool size is so small it's hard to win if you get contested and they hit first. It's definitely annoying, and he plays the game for hours on end every day which makes it so much harder for him to keep a positive attitude.

think about it like this. people always say man i wish this game was back in the good old days (fortnite for example) but they still play the game regardless. that argument doesn't make sense. people complain about taxes, but they're still going to pay. they could just move to a different country with better tax rates.
