Running 90 miles in 1 week! / Indoor track training recap!
This is a sit down video talking about my week of training. This was the last full week of training before my first indoor track race of this season. This week I did 2 workouts, a double, and a really nice long run. A great week of training that has me confident going into my first race. I race the 3k at Penn State this Saturday! Hope you all enjoy!

    90 miles in one week at your typical pace is impressive. I'm an ultra runner who peaks out around 120-130 miles/week, but slow as molasses compared to you! "easy runs for you are sub-7, easy for me is sub 930 lol

    one suggestion for videos is what i eat in a day, havent seen you do any since subscribing. People are weirdly interested in what others eat
