I love this because it’s so inspirational and running does help hell I know because I’ve been working out and running since about the beginning of January and I’ve seen such a difference in my body and my diet and the amount of water I drink is crazy, it also makes you’re mindset a lot better at a point I was in a very deep depression but then I got up and said fuck it I don’t want to be sad anymore and starting running every morning and starting doing my love which photography and supporting you guys and dreaming of kissing luke. speaking of which luke prom is coming up, take me pleaseeee
