I was born with a minor case of cerebral palsy, which makes it hard for me to run. I'm always slower than the others and it's really frustrating physically and emotionally. I joined the track team this year and as hard it was, I was determined to push myself and build up my potential as much as I could. Watching this video has helped inspire me to keep going and that I can do hard things♥️

All this makes me want to cry! I'm in track, basketball, soccer, cross-country, and equestrian. Mainly basketball is what I focus on. I have a lot of personal issues that results me being suicidal. There is no way I would be able to be still alive without sports. I wouldn't live without basketball 😢😢😢😭😭😭

Honestly this was so sweet. I just wish the people at my school were this supportive towards people. Or just brave. Someone would think you'd need guts to encourage someone, really all you need is a heart...

This was so realistic and beautifully done. The ending just made me cry! You are a stunning film maker! How sweet of you to take these true events and put them in a film for the world to see.

I haved a friend like this at my school,yes he's a boy..he was very kind to the people around him,and I like his to..he never cares what people around him judge him, he says to me“let them judge me,I don't care,because I knew one day they Will be judge too”. I like this video♡

The power of believing in yourself and having a bit of back up

This was a beautiful short film. I just know it was truly a difficult and hard task for him, very painful, to run for this film. The guy at the end, lying about the time so he could get in, and the children cheering him on... If I'd been a runner, I would have stayed behind to run by him, myself. To help him through the course, even if it meant losing my own place just so he could fill it. This is so beautiful

Hands down, this is the best film I've ever seen. It definitely beat all the modern films and movies, Seriously. Hats off to Cameron Cowell and his crew.

Nothing can stop the determination of the human spirit, the power of positivity and the spirit of determination can overcome any obstacle, we are only as disabled as we allow ourselves to be. This was truly inspiring and touched my heart. I am disabled as well but I work with what I have, there are many with more challenges than I have and it’s a blessing just to be given the chance to try to fly, it just takes the support of a few people who believe in you to help you overcome the greatest struggles.

This is such an important lesson that I was taught from watching this!! Don't give up even if it's hard power through! There will be challenges but u will overcome those difficulties and win in the end!!!

Wow. Nick Lopez sure is a great actor. Brilliant work, Mr. Covell!

Wow Cameron, I am a student at Millikan your middle school and I can't believe how far you have come, this short film made me cry tears of joy. Congratulations!

what an actor Nikkolas...brilliance is an understatement. ...loads of good wishes

I was born with a condition called Tibial Torsion. Both of my feet were turned in and I could not do some of the basic techniques life like of course walking, running and even riding a bike. I saw several doctors and most of them said that the only thing they could do surgery once I got to a certain age but we did not decide to do that. Our next plan was to see a chiropractor. At this point I was 4 years old. The chiropractor just tugged on my feet each time I saw him to try to get my feet to position outwards. I had to see him 3 times a week and within a month we noticed a bit of improvement and I started to not see him as often. I forget how long it took to get my feet back to the way should be but even though it was a pricey procedure, it was absolutely worth it in the long run.

Me, as the fastest kid in the class, i can definetly relate to his position because i once was just like him :)

I actually started crying when I watched this, they were tears of joy.

I have a mild case of cerebral palsy. I can walk but with wth difficulty. I am 41 and have two kids. I was able to accomplish my goals thank God. When you have a disability you have to have thick skin because people can be very rude. I am happy with myself and I feel that I don't have to explain myself to anyone. We all have a right to live our lives peacefully.

I did NOT cry. I just got lint or something in my eyes. There aren't words for how much I loved this. Everything about it was spot on point.
