Based on the information i got from ex trainee and the Internet, the earlier the better, but u still can audition even if u are 18 n above, its just that there would be higher competition bcuz they expect more from you🤌🏻

It's allowed to have a part time job though they want u too focus on ur skills more and ur practice but if u can still work and its okay to ur health and not ruining ur training schedule then they will allow u to do it but most of the time trainees don't do part time job cuz their schedule and practices r exhausting and they will get tired so a lot from the trainees doesn't do part time job

Some company’s allow traniee to use there phone but only at midnight because they need to focus on training but when they are not training they can sometimes use there phones and also you can get breaks

Am going to be a kpop idol and I have to train and train for 3 years am so excited am going to pre duet

+ can't have schedual that interfers with training schedual, have to follow a strict diet, can't choose there concept, can't choose the members of their group, can't choose whats songs to sing, can't talk about taboo subject like tatoo and homosexuality, can't see family and frienda often, ect.

I mean it really just depends on which company it is and all of that, some aren’t that strict but I’m sure others are

But after that time of period u can audition again for that company. But never ever audition for a company 4 or 5 time a month other wise they'll consider you as a scam 😶

These rules don’t apply in Pnation so if you really want to be an idol I recommend Pnation! You may not get popular but dating is allowed, cursing is allowed, and smoking and drinking is also allowed (at the legal age of course). I’m going to audition there because they treat their trainees and idols really well!

I’m an African American girl and I’m trying to become an Idol it seems hard to find a reasonable company but I really want this and will try!

A really really wanna be a kpop idol aaaaa

As somebody who got past an online and private audition , i am now a trainee and i can confirm the company im in allows phones for 2 days a week, our diets are restricted not so that we will starve , a healthy amount at most, no going out unless its a weekend or for school. And some tips for auditions: Wear little to no makeup and normal clothes the judges wanna see your real visuals. Dont wear any kpop merch, they might think you wanna meet an idol. You dont have to be korean, im international You can choose a category to audition with: Rap Dance Acting And vocals

OMG MY WEIGHT IS LIKE ACTUALLY OK TO BE A KPOP IDOL WOAH- the actual limit is 50kg and thats the highest i've ever been but for the past year i've been 40-44kg

I wish I could do thisss😭

I'm pretty sure the weight one they calculate it by having your height in cm and taking 120 away from that and that's how much kg's your ideal weight is e.g. if your 165cm it would be 165-120=45 so your ideal weight would be 45kg but it's more ideal to be below 50kg regardless, since that is the beauty standard.

I were young enough [and visually appealing enough] I'm okay with all of that. No talent but singing and dancing can be learned anyways. Singing, dancing, rapping, no phone? Ok. Better than being a corporate slave haha.

Weight checks for girls need to be raised.. 47 is SO UNHEALTHY FOR A FULL GROWN WOMAN WHO IS LITERALLY KICKING HER ASS EVERYDAY AT THE DANCE PRACTICE

If your a girl your weight have the be under 50kg 2:some companies allow phones but only at night like midnight because you won’t be training at night because you need to sleep to be engined to train
