After watching and loving a lot of chunk man content. I've been inspired to give it a go using @Limpwurt extreme rule set.
Open for suggestions for the exceptions as I said these can change if anything better comes along.

the comment on the effigy rate is just a estimate the drop rate depends on the lvl of the monster so higher lvl = more common effigy. so with all the chunkers getting effigy drops we thats roughly what we believe the drop rate would be close to
