Take a ride on the all-new Vikingløp water slide at Rulantica indoor water park in Rust, Germany. The attraction is part of Rulantica's new 'Nordiskturn' expansion which features an elaborate diamond mine theme. The new slide starts from a seperate tower which is also themed from top to bottom. Once riders have reached the top floor of the slide complex, a lifeguard will ask them to wait for their signal. As soon as the previous riders have started their ride, guests may proceed to the slide where they have to wait for the countdown and the green light thereafter. Below the traffic lights, some artificial jewels have been integrated into the wall which gives the ride a nice touch. Being almost 190 meters in length, the eight-lane racer water slide is the longest ProSlide RallyRACER slide ever built. The attraction is fitted with three so-called RallyPOINTs (straight side-by-side sections with low separation walls where opponents can watch eachother) - one right after the start, another one halfway through the ride and the last one right before the final drop. The ride is surprisingly intense, especially when choosing one of the center lanes as these tend to feature more intense twists. To date, Vikingløp is our second-favorite RallyRACER after Splash & Furious at Soaky Mountain.

If this park adds a water coaster it might honestly end up becoming arguably the world’s best indoor waterpark

If It were up to me. I’d add ProSlide Water Coaster ProSlide Tornado 60 A ProSlide Hybrid Slide of some kind as well as couple of extra speed body and tube slides And then yeah I’d agree

Echt geiles Teil, vor allem die Gestaltung des Gebäudes! Und immer schön, wenn es in Deutschland mehr "Wasserpark"-Rutschen gibt. 👍
Aktuell das beste Schwimbad/der beste Wasserpark (falls man das so nennen kann) überhaupt. Beste Thematisierung, tolle Rutschen, angemessene Preise. Für mich ein ganz magischer und besonderer Ort.

Einfach geil👍 Und schön, dass ihr diesmal auch einiges vom neuen Rutschenturm an sich gezeigt habt. Jetzt fehlt hier eigentlich nur noch ein (Hyromagnetic) Master-Blaster und ne Cone-Slide, sowie eventuell ne Freefall und es wären alle glücklich ;D (Auch wenn für meinen Geschmack zu viele Reifenrutschen^^)
This looks like a very cool racing slide. For a moment, I was worried it was outdoors when I saw the thumbnail of the video. I hope they still have room for more slides. I'd love to see them add a funnel slide and a water coaster next.

Yeah, there should be plenty of room left between the park itself and the beltway around it. I'm very sure they will add more rides in future.

Do half of these racing slides that you see all over have different speeds for each tube? For example. In the video it looked like thr green one was faster then thr other ones... or are they all the same speed?

They are all more or less the same speed, however, the two central lanes (blue and orange) are significantly more intense due to sharper turns.

Mit den beiden Aquarena Fallklappen-Rutschen haben sie doch Turbos? Fehlen würde eher noch ne Freefall oder ne normale Bodyslide.

Nein, die Geschwindigkeit unterscheidet sich so gut wie nicht.

Wie ist die Abfertigung dort? Können die obenstehenden schon starten wenn die Rutschenden die Hälfte der Strecke erreicht haben?

Nein, man kann soweit ich weiß erst starten, wenn der Auslauf frei ist. Die Abfertigung ist deshalb eher langsam. Aber da es acht Spuren gibt, wartet man normalerweise trotzdem nicht lang.
Wo liegt der Rekord ? Hab heut 14,29 gemacht
Super Rutsche bei der man auch je nach Röhre ordentlich Speed aufbauen kann... Einziger Nachteil, die 145 Stufen welche man vorher erklimmen muss und das Auslaufbecken wo man gerne mal auf den Spurenteiler gerät. Aber ansonsten eine Top Ergänzung zum bisherigen Angebot

You should be honest with people about the size of the queue to get on these rides, what is the average wait time to get on this ride? I waited about 40 minutes. Also in the wave pool it is like being in a human shoal of fish there are so many people in the pool.

@@robinhopper6995 I think, if you want to slide all rides, it is better to come underweek. I come from Germany and we was three times there. I think, most frequented it is in the summer holidays. But we could slide all the tubeslides in 1 day, also when it was high freequented. And it isn´t normal, that you wait only 10 Minuts. In none waterpark. So, in the holidays RULANTICA is high freqeunted, so you have longer waiting times. tBut, it is excactly the same thing in ERDING e.g. SpaceBowl and for me, RULANTICA is definitley the better option because ERDING is IMHO disorganized and too expensive. You get a lot on offer, but the outdoor slide tower, especially THE BIG WAVE, is not open enough. On top of that, the 27 slides are pretty ridiculous. Because at least 8 of them are slides, e.g. children's slides, and after you are 12 Years it is not possible to slide the sildes anyway. The other slides are good, but nothing special. On my last visit I was particularly disappointed (it was actually too full for 54 (!) euros). I was pleasantly surprised by Palm Beach, except that unfortunately TRANSFORMERS was closed. RULANTICA is the best swimming pool anyway
