Been researching and comparing for 6 months. Very impressed with your campers. I really like Northstar STC because they have a more retro..aka home look and feel. Same goes for you, I really like the "you're at home" look and craftmanship Don't see much on here from you guys. Seems you guys made it to my top 2 👍Will be putting a truck/camper together in the next year for retirement 😉😉😉 Please post more information videos, really like seeing and understanding how you build your campers. I have watched the 11RL a few times😁and really like what it has to offer👍👍👍

This is really gorgeous. Some questions and suggestions. Question 1 - Is the emergency egress over the bed a window or just an egress? Question 2 - How long has someone camped in this in below zero weather? Question 3 - How many solar panels would fit on the roof? Question 4 - I read the below comments and someone mentioned outlets in the kitchen and the answer was that they are on the dinette side - any chance of getting a couple stations (110, 12v, usb together) near the counter - specifically for instant pot, coffee pot, charging, etc. Question 5 - Can the microwave be replaced with a convection microwave and the stove and oven just flat out removed? An induction cooktop with convection microwave option would be great, or even just empty counter and cupboard space with outlets so we can place our own. Question 6 - Is there an inverter? What size? Big question - what about Lithium batteries - they have both heat and cold requirements -- does the current battery compartment meet those needs?

Do you have a twin bed version? My hunting buddies and I don't care to sleep together. Using the dinette bed doesn't work when all the gear and ammo is laid out on it or someone wants to stay up late at the table. (Personally, I prefer a non-slide unit with the fold down bunk over the table which makes a great place for all my expensive fishing and hunting gear) To conserve propane for the hot water or heat, I would use a convection microwave and forget the oven. Is there additional insulation under the bed for cold winter nights? Can I set my lawn chair on the roof to watch the races? Can my girlfriend access the roof from the ceiling hatch over the bed? Having twin beds also makes it convenient to use the hatch. Is Solar power or wiring an option? When I go camping I give each passenger a Rubbermaid tub and tell them that is all they can bring (makes for easy loading and unloading) so we never use any clothes cabinets except one to hang coats and boots. Placing the tubs on the floor between the twin beds creates separate sleeping partitions. Are the AC vents directional so the bunk area doesn't freeze from the breeze? Is there enough room on the sink counter to put a dish drying rack and a toaster oven? I like the extra steps you take to prevent roof leaks. How about streaking, does your system prevent that? Are the exterior sides bonded to prevent delamination over time? Wrapping the bottom in aluminum is a good idea if it totally encases the extended wings that reach out beyond the truck bumper where all the road grime and water is blasted from the tires. It would also serve as a fire prevention from the extreme high temps of a diesel exhaust. (an experience I had) About me, I'm a 67-year-old man that owns a 2002 Lance 1010 which was destroyed by a roof leak while in storage and looking to purchase a replacement. Being retired has given me a lot of time to research most all the truck campers available to today and I'm still looking for that one with the 10-year roof warranty (LOL!!!) Of all the campers I have seen none have had a better design layout than the 02 Lance 1010. The non-slide allows me to pull a larger boat or trailer and I have no worries or potential repair cost that comes with slide outs. I have owned and experienced about every kind of RV/Camper made and the Truck Camper fits me the best. Now if I could just find that special lifetime build at a reasonable price. I've been seeking perfection all my life but somehow it keeps eluding me. LOL!!! Oh yeah, forget all that fancy window treatment just put some velcro around the window and slap a piece of plaid material over it. That way it can be opened or closed however I like it and can be washed in the machine. Does your camper have a crawl through window into the truck so my girlfriend can go potty or make me a sandwich while I'm driving? What about a backup camera for hitching the trailer? I didn't see any steps or swing out grab bar to get in or out. Perhaps after 60 years of camping I may be expecting to much.

Are there USB ports anywhere? Is the TV on a swing arm mount to watch from dinning booth? Are you coming to any rv shows around KY?

Hey Will, I like what I see (so far), but I do have a few questions. The diamond plated storage at the rear of the camper, I did not see a locking mechanism on it. Will you be putting a lock of some sort on that outside storage space? Also, did you misspeak on this video? You clearly said, “two 5 gallon tanks” (propane) but your website states the 11RL comes with 40 pounds of propane. It does look good to be sure, but I have to confess that I am disappointed a new company with a new camper can’t come up with something other than the standard swirl design on the outside. What a missed opportunity. When was the last time ANYONE was travelling down the highway and screamed out “Look at those cool swirls on that RV!” They are such an industry standard that no one even notices them anymore. O well.

The diamond plated storage at the rear of the camper will have a locking mechanism on it. No, we didn't misspeak on the video. There are "two 5 gallon tanks" which makes 40 pounds.

We will be adding a lock to the storage compartment in the bumper as well as two steps. One on top and one below the bumper. A 5 gallon LP tank is called a 20 lbs. tank. Decals are a tough one to tackle. I've seen coaches come from the factory without any decals and am here to tell you, they are WHITE and loud!

will that thing fit in a shipping container?

I’m not going to lie, I’ve been living with me and my wife in a truck camper all year while starting a career in fishing. I’ve been in every truck camper available and til now the Northstar 12stc was our next pick for good. But you guys have intrigued me with this one, is this camper considered 4 season? And is there a piece to fill in over the sink for more counter space when not in use? Also, where’s your closest dealer to Knoxville, Tn. Would love to check one out!

Thank you Everett. Your closest dealer is Holiday RV in Poncha Springs Colorado and they will have the Granite 11RL by mid December. We can order a roll up grate to cover the sink.

Also we are full four season. All three tanks are inside, insulated and heated and the knife valves are inside, heated and protected by 1 inch thick compartment doors.

Is there any electrical outlets where the dinette is at and around the bed area and where are they at around the kitchen and is there any USB Outlets that are wired in I don't see any?

Yes, we have them above the dinette and the USB outlets are on the side of the bed.

Yes there are outlets in the booth on the underside of the cabinets.

You bet. All four of our models come with a gen option. We use the Onan 2500 LP gen.
