B+ was born and raised in Limerick, Ireland. In 1990 he came to LA to study photography at the California Institute of the Arts. Director of Photography for the Academy Award-nominated documentary “Exit Through the Gift Shop” and former Photo Editor of Rap Pages Magazine, B+ has photographed more than 100 album covers for artists such as Eazy-E, J Dilla, The Roots, and Tribe Called Quest, to name a few. His photos have appeared in The New York Times, Rolling Stone, The Fader, and many others.
B+ lives in LA, photo edits for Wax Poetics Magazine and is currently working on a book of photographs titled Ghostnotes, due out October 2017.
