Do you ever feel stuck deep inside of yourself like the only person listening is your demons? My anxiety is really bad and I stay up for a long time with insomnia. I'm going to have acupuncture soon. Always in fight or flight mode. Might be environmental. I can never feel sane when I'm fighting my panic and getting so tired and my thoughts are racing yet it seems like when I try to believe that everything's okay I feel like it's not because I feel like screaming and the only thing that's going to snap me out of it is ramming my head. It's hard when you're feeling all that and then you feel like you're supposed to act a certain way. Or do you know for example when you're reading and people are looking over your shoulder, and you're getting your neck strained? Over two months it's been like that. Some days a little better but then worse. Some days I feel like I'm gonna die. When I went through akathisia before (I was so wound up I couldn't hold still) I stopped being scared of very much. But it's very hard to be honest about things when all you want is to not lose control and explode in confusion and total everything in a sense and invite every self-sabotage but negative attention. I told my mom a lot of stuff the other day only after I yelled at her and she had to threaten to not give me computer time. Bro, I don't think people know what my age is. Man, some days it's like I just need to say realize I need to talk to you guys. Say I am not crazy, and everything that I feel is me and it's not convoluted and you don't know them better than me and I may be mentally ill but that does not make me delusional. And it's just so hard. Like a robot that is so amazing except for it confiscates from other robots.
