I am in my early 60s and retired at 53. Lots of people gave me pushback because they had difficulty grasping the concept of not working if you don’t have to. I looked at my life as stages. I earned everything I have now through a lot of hard work, but I owe it to myself to “stop and smell the roses” in my final stage of life. In my case I left the country after I retired and live in Latin America. It allowed me to get away from all the negative things happening in America while appreciating my new environment. I have yet to meet anyone who regrets retirement.

It's unfortunate most people don't have such information. I don't really blame people who panic. Lack of information can be a big hurdle. I've been making more than a million dollars by just investing through an advisor, and I don't have to do much work. Doesn't matter if the economy is misbehaving; great wealth managers will always make returns.

I definitely share your sentiment about these firms. Finding financial advisors like *Layan Talia Chokr* who can assist you shape your portfolio would be a very creative option. There will be difficult times ahead, and prudent personal money management will be essential to navigating them.

Like every system monetary systems get gamed. It's not that capitalism failed it is that it is working for some one else now.

Corruption. And the progressive socialists who oversaw the greatest transfer of wealth from a population into private and corporate hands in human history just now. It is the duty of a free and sovereign people to root it out. Not a corrupt government. I doubt you learned a thing from this podcast. And there is a reason for that. This man wouldnt survive a debate or scrutiny of his ideals and philosophies. What went wrong with capitalism? People over the course of a few generations were programmed to use explicitly communist rhetoric like ‘captialism’ instead of free market, and ‘political correctness’, a phrase invented by mao zedong as he committed mass murder during the ‘cultural revolution’. I wont stand for this, and there is a reason our academic standards are bottoming out. Veritasity lost to socialist subversives and the corrupt funding tunnels of a corrupt government. The scientific journals and all media were bought by left wing subversives and immediately began distorting if not lying about vital information. This man represents a class of ‘elite’ people who no longer can even tell that they do not meet any intellectual standard ever.
