I made money...

The price he is showing from Yahoo finance is incorrect and the correct price can be seen from bseindia.com and moneycontrol.com and it never reached 9000 and always traded below 125 from 2008 to 2012. Though 100:1 share dilution for retail shareholder is true the price he is saying is false.

Some Points 1.Ruchi Soya caused destruction of wealth before Patanjali bought it. 2.For shareholders to expect Ramdev Baba to make good of losses of shareholders caused by stupid greed is once again stupid. 3.People are still buying this share not looking at its past which is amazing and shows lack of understanding of how market works. 4.People should seek advice from someone who is working in this field since a long time. 5.And as far as siphoning money is concerned, Govt needs to go long way to plug the gaps. 6.Support Indian companies.

You made three points. The first one was that there was rampant price rigging under previous management. Such unusual price rigging can't happen without political backing. Which party made the money? No answer. The second point is that the original promoter became wilful defaulter. Where did Bank's 12k crores go? You don't know. Or, may be you don't want to tell us. The third point is that Goutam Adani almost got the deal at 5.5k crores because his company was somehow connected to another defaulter. There are instances where such deficiency had been allowed to be cured to keep the deal. Why didn't Adani exercise that option? You have no clue. The next point is that Baba Ramdev revised his offer after Adani exited. If others were interested they could have given revised offer s. Why didn't they do it? You don't know. But you insinuate Baba played foul without giving any evidence. Contrary to what you say Ramdev had created huge goodwill through his Yoga activities. He can't behave like a flyby operator. If he siphon off Bank's money all his goodwill and credibility will be destroyed. Can he afford to do that like an ordinary businessman? It is true profits of Patanjali is on a downward spiral not because of any scandal but because they expanded and diversified too fast and faultered on quality control. If unprofessionally managed Patanjali can beat professionally managed Dabur hands down in the market place one must admit that Baba has some unique business acumen. But you present Baba as BJP'S protege on whom Banks have been forced to lavish money. But you won't say how bank's were so enamored with the original promoter of the company which was playing havoc with investor's money. You will not say a word against Sonia Gandhi or Chidambaram!

You are right. Promoters can hold only 75% & if promoters have excess,they have bring it down to 75% as per scheduled period of time agreed by SEBI

Well i had bought few at relisting times, and at around 26 when circuit opened. Sold half at 696 and rest half at 1250.3. Well as this has got into trade to trade, means only delivery selling is allowed. I would only prefer if it goes below 400 levels that is approx close to its real value. RANGE 300 to 400, if it comes. Else i wont invest.

Good analysis and crisp presentation. Nothing ilegal about Ruchi Patanjali deal. Yet my 600 shares is now 6 shares and capital eroded. I can't do anything. There r many companies like this. Investors will know only after losing money.

According to your analysis if patanjali sell 20-25% stake of Ruch soya with the current market price(approx Rs1500 per share) then with that money they can easily make patanjali a debt free and still Promoters will be having more than 75% stake in hand which is quite good for Ruchi soya that your analysis is not telling.I saw your previous ITC video analysis where you are telling, people didn't gain any thing trom ITC share from past 10 years where you didn't talk about two times ITC bonus share 1:1 and 1:2, good dividend percentage every year.I have ask this question in that video you didn't answer later on you have remove that video. My question is if you have analyse that much you should be knowing about bonus share and dividend, how can you miss that? Some how I am thinking about your intention of making this video.

If you can make any observation on any internal deal between Mukesh and anil, where reliance started growing and rcom,rcapiltal,relinfra went down from 500-600 levels to 10. It's nothing but looting investors which most of them failed to catch still.
