My heart breaks for you. I lost my basenji/Siberian husky mix Freyja on February 4, 2023. 😢 We got a Newfoundland puppy and named her Ursa. Ursa is helping us heal from the devastating loss. Wished Freyja could have met her baby sister.

My heart breaks. When my newfie girl has to leave I will watch this again to remind myself the pain was so worth it. Crying like a baby. The live between a newfie and their human is just so deep.

It is really such a deep connection we can have with a pet. She was my everything and I made sure every day counted with her. It is worth it. So are all the tears. Thank you.

We did our best to do all the things possible and I'd say we just about did them all. Sure do miss that big gal.

Words can’t say enough, how sorry I am for you. I have had 5 Newfs. One at a time. Each one has its own personality. Your video reminds me how much I love ❤️ ❤❤❤❤each one and how much I miss them. You thank you for reminding me of such sweet memories.

Awww, i just came across this video of Ruby and cried my eyes out. What a beautiful dog. Sorry for your loss, i feel your pain, i too have lost many pets during my 70+ years. Its never easy - they grab ahold of your heart and won't let go. Unconditional love for sure. God Bless you for giving Ruby a great life. 💞

Big dogs are better. They are. We have two Goldens, and their best friend is a Newfy. So sweet and gentle. Drool a lot in the heat, but that’s all part of who they are.
