If you just laser cut the panels out of metal instead of cutting them out of card then it could be really deadly

crescent rose was one of my first major prop builds, and while i did make it so it could transform, it needed to be manually pulled open. also, the fact you used the corrugation as a gear mechanism is genius!

I am so excited for RTX to come back so I can make this stuff! I can’t wait to see the look on those women’s faces when they see a fully transformable version of their character’s weapon. I will need to tell my family at RT about this! Keep up the awesome builds. 👍🏻

Great job, Now find a person capable of transforming this absolute genius work of art into metal.

To be honest I have no words to describe how shocked I am. This is doing nearly the impossilbe I really like to replicate weapons and similiar stuf both from movies and series, and I'm not gonna lie, I once tried to do Crescent Rose. Long story short it didn't go as planned, I bit more than I could chew. I haven't give up, and this certainly provides a new insight.

This is amazing and I have been wait since you did the first rwby weapon and Idk if u did but I send u to Thingiverse pages on the last rwby weapon and it looks to one of the them and I love it

does anyone know how thick the cardboard is he used? just like standard cardboard size?

When I cut out the holes on the templates for some of the pieces. A few of them didn’t line up.
