Ruby Falls FULL CAVE TOUR // Lookout Mountain, Chattanooga, TN
"Fall"-ow us on our amazing Cave Adventure that takes us 1100 feet below the surface of Lookout Mountain, through narrow caves, and right into beautiful Ruby Falls!
Ruby Falls is the tallest and deepest underground cave waterfall open to the public. It was founded in 1928 by cave enthusiast and chemist Leo Lambert. He was so enamored by the previous history of the cave that he decided to venture down and crawl in spaces nearly 18 inches tall and 4 feet wide for hours before stumbling upon the falls. When he arrived at the beautiful falls he decided to name it after his wife, Ruby, who was his inspiration for continuing to move forward on his journey. This stunning underground waterfall is 145 feet tall and runs all the way to the Tennessee River.

Nature is amazing and we have so much of it here in the states! It really is so cool to visit these places. We are so glad we made the time to visit Ruby Falls. If you're ever in the area or passing by Lookout Mountain or Chattanooga its worth visiting.
