Be careful when speaking for every Finn as they'd share the same opinion with you! :D Finland is considered as part of Scandinavia (historically and geographically). To be precise, Finland is considered as part of Northern Europe, a country mixed with Slavic, Finno-Ugric and Scandinavian inheritance. For the longest time trough Finnish history, Finland has been part of Viking and Scandinavian dominion which makes us Finns a part of Scandinavian history and therefore Scandinavians.
