Why aren't either GPU or CPU at 100% usage? Not even at max settings I can make my gpu go 100% and the cpu is around 50% as well. I get 120fps in Alan Wake 2 max settings tho, so idk. Maybe fortnite is the problem...?

hola, a mi me va con esa configuracion (4070 ti normal) entre 600 a 400fps, vale la pena la verdad eso si, varia la temporada, hay temporadas que te iran en media de 500-600 y otras en las q quizas algunas ciudades te cargue en 350-400 con muchas interacciones pero vas mas que sobrado, el monitor fijate que tenga compatibilidad con g-sync la tarjeta madre deberia ser rtx y que soporte AM5, algunas de gama media serian Asus TUF Gaming B650-Plus Wifi Socket AM5, MSI MAG B650 TOMAHAWK WIFI o gama alta-media MSI X670E GAMING PLUS WIFI, ASUS TUF GAMING X670E-PLUS, ASUS ROG STRIX X670E-F GAMING WIFI.

I have a Panther rtx 4070 ti and ryzen 7 7800x3d but i cant even play Fortnite on full hd with low settings. I have so much lags every second and idk why. It must be my panther rtx i dont have any other ideas why it should be this bad. But the problem is that i only have the problem in Fortnite and a few other games. The rest is completly fine and works very well. Idk what to do

You shouldn't be playing on performance mode. All that performance mode is, is a band-aid fix for players without a graphics card or a really old one like 10 + year old. DX12 is quite graphically demanding though so you do need at least something newer than 30 series...

​@@user-wm3fc1sk1p Every single player plays it on performance mode. Why? Because it's competitively advantageous. You get rid of the foliage & see better inside the storm, plus make a lot higher FPS.

@@beautaeful Do your own research, you're not getting higher fps outside of a simple easy to render scene like a creative 1v1 map, additionally DX12 1080p all low has no foliage either.

You know you don’t need 600fps bc your eyes can only process up to 120 plus it depends on your monitors hertz aswell.

Your eyes dont have such thing called fps. As an example you can clearly see the difference between 120 and 240fps
