Cris-cross comparison kiya to ofcourse me bhi bolunga bohot better hai 4050 but price to performance ratio me general public ka chuna lag raha hai uska kya?

I bought this i711 gen 1650 Max q in 59999 and it's been just 8 months believe me it's good but thermal is not as good as expected as it only has one fan . Oh forget it has 512 SSD and 144 refresh rate. For an idea I played warzone 2 in High settings got 70 to 75 fps

About two years ago after watching your video, I bought GF63 Thin (i5 10th gen RTX 3050). For Rs. 57K I've zero complaints regarding the performance. But sadly MSI cut costs on two important components which are battery and power adapter. After a year's usage, the power adapter burnt (I use a heavy-duty UPS so no fluctuation) and half the time the laptop doesn't boot up if the power adapter is not connected. MSI was gracious enough to provide me a replacement at a discounted price but for the battery, they just wanted to charge the full amount, hence I left it. For reducing cost it's fair to cut corners on features but a brand has no right to compromise on component quality. Also, for some reason, MSI is shying away from faster USB ports, not a single 10gbps port in this year's GF63 as well...heck most of the competition is offering thunderbolt 4 now.

Exactly same has happened with me Manh..!! So Accurate !!! Even I have bought MSI GF 63 Thin(i7 10th gen RTX 3050 with 16GB RAM) for 85k about 2 years ago and I also no issues with its performance whether it is gaming, coding or casual working or anything. But a year ago ,the power adaptor got burnt same like you( no fluctuations but still..). Then I ordered a new one and it also lasted for about 9 months and today I have ordered for another new power adaptor 🥲 and again without any power fluctuations it got depleted. I am like what the hell is happening !! like.. do I need to buy power adaptor every year for 3.5k ? or is it quality of adapter is such worst? or is it there market/business scheme of looting us ? and Even my laptop doesn't boot up every time if the power adapter is not connected. Technician advised me to get battery replaced also but now I am like I don't want to get looted like always and I rather use the battery always connected to adaptor until the battery fully dies. Anyhow at present my current battery health is 82% after 2 years of usage so I guess it will run for upcoming 2-3 years. P.S : I am the guy who rarely comments on any YT video since your story was so accurately relatable, I commented !! I actually didn't wanna say this but yeah "MSI SUCKS !!".

@@dheemanthnj2075 I know man. Also out of the blue one day battery started depleting randomly like 100 to 0 in 5 minutes. Had to run the Battery Calibration which fixed it. The laptop is good otherwise, I got a good resale value as well.

@@renzrx I doubt it is a dead battery, Just charge your laptop to 100% and then run MSI's battery calibration tool. It probably will fix the issue.

For products with attractive prices like these, can you also show which company's wifi card or bluetooth card are these laptops using? Mere 3 friends ne asus tuf ke laptops liye due to attractive prices, but 3no ke wifi cards kaam karna bundh kar diye after a year or so (unme Realtek ke wifi cards the). Whereas a HP pavilion gaming laptop I have for around 5 years just got a battery malfunction after 2 years and it has intel wifi card which was why it was little expensive as well compared to ASUS or Lenevo counterparts. Can you please emphasis on this as well?

My friend got this one with 3050, and the hinge broke in 5 months. I believe it's cheap, because it is built cheaply.

Just a piece of advice; Never... NEVER Buy msi gf series laptops: their design hasn't been upgraded since 2017, they are ultra budget range with a shit ton of build quality issues, I've seen ppl's screent literally falling off and main thing it's a 45 W 4050; it's not gonna play most games 2 yrs down the line (if the laptop itself lasts that long).

Considering the price and the gpu tgp it's performance is great but it has many cost cutting which no one should sacrifice. In this price I would pick lenovo loq 15 i5 12450h rtx 3050 6gb vram variant for 77k with much better bulid quality, pd charging support, 350nits bright display, 95w 3050 with 6gb vram, better look with minimal bezels, 1080p webcam and mostly better after sales service🤣🤣🤣. The single colour backlight in msi really damage your eyes better to get a rgb or white backlight for less strain. Though loved your review❤❤❤.

Hi @VenomTech the 3050 version of gf63 started giving battery issue after 1.9 years total capacity of battery was 51.2k mAh initially now its showing only 2.18k mAh left in battery report

I have the 3050 one and got it for 55k 😂😂. Though I will say the GPUs a underperforming one 😬

Don't buy an MSI laptop. Period. The build quality is pathetic. I bought it, and then had to buy a tablet separately just so I could watch TV shows, movies, etc. The battery lasts 8 minutes. (LOL). The battery quality is so trash is that doesn't even give the warning before dying, let alone save the data. If you didn't notice the charger is not plugged in, say goodbye to your data. I had the motherboard replaced (under warranty thank God) because the computer used to BSoD if you tried to move it. The trackpad has stopped working 3 years in (after the MoBo replacement). When you try to fold the screen inwards (or if the screen is used at an incline), the power button gets pressed, which means you're force shutting down your laptop. Sure the performance is good for the money, but this is a purchase I will regret for the rest of my life.

Before you say, "that sounds like you had a bad unit", well a friend of mine has BSoD so often she has stopped storing any data on he laptop at all. Movies? Don't download it. TV shows? Stream it. PPT? stored in Gdrive and edited there directly. Same for Excel. People who work at MSI are probably ashamed of the crap they make themselves.

Buy MSi Katana 15 instead... it's surprisingly cheaper and at a lower price than this. 3050 75 watt 6 gb vram...better ssd, ddr5 ram....rgb keyboard... It's really good.. I bought it for 66k 5 days ago.

@@guts286 wearing Gucci Bikini can't save you from cold, but a cheap sweater can. It's a thin series laptop having low tdp graphics card while the graphics card in katana is 75 watt. It has DDR5 ram which performs way better than DDR4. Since this is a thin laptop, Katana will obiviously have better thermals than this. Thermals affect your performance. Plus I got Katana at a cheaper price than this GF63. So, only newer generation graphics card can't help you with the performance. Oh, and Katana looks way better and awesome than this GF63 "THIN"
