@@Rads_Mighty if u play on 1080p it will have a huge bottleneck wich is about 28%-30% U will get 30% lower fps- or less But if u have 1440p monitor then it only be 10% bottleneck wich is kinda okay but still huge performance cut

Maybe Cool room temperature and if you want your card to be cool change the thermal paste of it. Like higher quality thermal pastes like thermal grizzly, noctua. With Those pastes the temp results gonna be very good try them.

Ok i dont get this when i play spiderman in 4k with dlss i have problems running at 60fps and you have over 100 how ?? Thats with many games for me like syndicate too i only get 50-60, ghostwhire tokyo barely hitting 60fps, cyberpunk 1440p with high/ultra settings 50-60fps, i get the feeling the 3080ti was a waste of money to play at 4k at least for me. Exept in rdr2 for some reason i can play this game 60fps no problem. (Rtx 3080ti, i7 9700k, 32gb ddr4 3200mhz)

No bottleneck assuming that you're gonna game on 1440p or 4k its completely fine
