the difference between 2060s and 3060 is minimal, the difference between 3060 and 4060 is equal to the difference between 2060 6gb and 3060. But idiots will still shout the opposite. If the 3060 had a chip with a power comparable to the 6700XT, then we can talk about the future. In this case, the opposite is true, 4060 is better without options.

You have to bare in mind that although they all share a name sake none of them share a price point the 2060 was a 250 ish card 3060 was all over the place but mostly 350 and the 4060 is 400 plus this isn’t progress at all…

Why newer vga have a smaller memory bus? Both amd and Nvidia

General answer - wider bus is costlier in terms of space, materials and power consumption. Nvidia tries to get past it by using higher clocked memory (for instance gddr6x vs gddr6). AMD uses (relatively!!!) large capacity fast cache to mask that shortcoming. As for AMD, the bus width changing (lowering) is mainly due to their horrible naming system

2060super wins! смысла брать новые карты не было вообще. разница в 12-20 кадров между 2060 и 4060 с текущими настройками не увидишь без мониторинга. если уж и менять карту, то на 3060ti

ничего что между 4060 и 3060ти разница в 10-12%? Жертва толпы с её неадекватным мнением. Всегда была такая разница, в пределах 15-20% между поколениями.

@@redpart то что толпа захейтила 4060. Да, памяти зажали, но её так же зажали и в 3070-3070ти. Карта мощнее 3060 и это ощущается.
