Wow this is how professional koto players sounds like very different from students indeed
I had to keep looking over to remind myself that I wasn't listening to a whole Orchestra of Winds, Reeds, Strings and Percussion. Just amazing the magnitude and variety of sounds. Beautiful stuff.
This is one of those things that makes think how wonderful human beings can be.
what a complex composition. so many transitions and connections, so many second rhythms..this is strong.
Another Sawai Masterpiece
This is by far my favorite koto piece and what sent me through a pitfall of koto two years ago 😭 hopefully I get a chance to learn how to play one in the future
Can't even mutter the word "WOW" until it ended. It's amazing how Japan pursue music like this.
PERFECTION.
The most non-traditional piece of music for a Koto I've ever heard ! It sounded like something from a Hitchcock movie. I LOVED It !!!

Personally, I had the Lavander Town music, from Pokémon, in mind the whole time !
For Kubrick's Shining they had Bartok and Penderecki! This recording ... same class! Would fit as hell!
I just kept getting goosebumps through the whole performance. this is just so.. SO incredible. Everything just sounds so perfect, so flawless. Really, REALLY pleasing to listen to- My ears have been blessed.

When is the monster going to pounce from the darkness?! Why is the killer smiling so? So much uncertainty. Deep despair. I will not survive, it will get me!. I hope I can stay hidden long enough to stay alive. Oh no! I have been found! Run! Don't stop running! Highest intensity!
