Whether it be dancing, golf, or athletics - loose muscles are potentially extremely powerful, fast, and agile. From my own life I discovered that after decades of encouraging one's torso / core to be loose and potentially whip-like it becomes so natural that one cannot quickly revert to the more regular alternative status quo. As a result when riding on a coach / omnibus one is constantly being heavily thrown in every direction, and very likely fellow passengers suspect that one is disabled. It regularly amazes me that I am always the only one being thrown around. I feel normal and everyone else appears so tense.

I love Nils and Bianca...great pairing! Bianca makes me think of Betty Hutton of the 40's and 50's Hollywood movies..quirky, sweet and always happy and smiling. I could watch these two dance all day long!

@@user-ux3wi3fi6b это что-то среднее между линдихопом и медленным буги-вуги. Эта пара танцует оба направления, может смешивать. Но по ритмике тут больше линдихоп. Рекомендую :)

Wait a second -- it is ALREADY back -- HAS BEEN for years -- you MUST connect with your local swing movement -- you will LOVE it, and it is better than drinking booze, cuz swing dancers like, say, the great NILS AND BIANCA, obviously CANNOT DO WHAT THEY DO if they have quaffing, LOL!

Просто партнер "забивает" партнершу. Он постоянно любуется своими кренделями, мало смотрит на партнершу. Она для него фон.

I love that Bianca is one of the few ladies that really show us personality and adds her own stamp on it! Her face and body movements are so expressive and match and encourage her partner perfectly! I feel like most of the ladies that dance these competitions look like there are there just to let the gentleman show off their talents. Thank You go Bianca! .....you are always a full and equal measure of the successful dances that I have seen you perform ......and they are always very enjoyable to watch, they really perk my day up and I would watch dance videos like this on a break on some of my 16 hour nursing home shifts, and they would always put a spring in my step and cheer me up to finish that shift!..... and also put a smile on a few elders faces,that I would sometimes share them with. .....I stopped working recently to retire l, but I still love to watch!..... Thank you so much!

THE BEST EXAMPLE OF SWING DANCING I HAVE EVER SEEN!!!!!!! And I have seen a ton of them in my lifetime. I took my 96year old stepmom , swing legend ,Jean Veloz, over to my house one day just to show her this miraculous couple, Nils and Bianca, on my computer -- Jean HAS no computer, believe it or not -- and she only smiled coyly at me at the time in REACTION to this boffo thing, which somewhat shocked me, BUT then we went back to her house, five minutes away, and she showed me this enormous autograph book on her coffee table, and this huge autograph by Nils and Bianca was on the OPENING page, taking up the entire page, of course, and Mamma Mia, as my biological mother would have said or, in her quaint Genoa dialect, WHAT A MINASTA!....LMAO! Rusty Frank sets up a lot of these events that both Jean and Bianca and Nils attend, and I suspect Rusty put together this autographic album for Jean. I think another friend of Jean's, Marcus Koch, put on this particular event in Munich, Germany, however. I visited all of northern Europe alone when I was 26 on a Eurail Pass and staying in youth hostels since i looked younger, for a couple of months, and LOVED Germany, especially Munich, Köln, Frankfurt, in a suburb of which I visited Schloss Frankenstein or Castle Frankenstein where I think Marcus should organize a huge group MONSTER MASH one Walpurgis Nacht some year or other soon.
