I found that I learn better if I take it slow, but within a regular interval and consistently just exposing myself with the learning material. And that I focus better if I learn/listen to lectures while doing something else that's doesn't require much thought for me like drawing. Reading chunks of paragraphs kills my focus and interest. So lectures like these are just what I needed. Will join after I go through the public videos. These lectures have been really in depth, helpful, and never dull. The psychiatrist in a clinic I worked for an internship recommended us your channel. Thank you!

I cite my references naman po during lectures pero i will do my best to compile all the references per subject. Medyo tricky ung sa IO kasi marami. Sa tatlo, isang book lang naman sila per subject. Other reviewees have compiled a list of references on Twitter so you can also check those out if you want.
