What sort of power and torque is the 4.6 making

Normally around 250 to 300 lb/ft torque and between 250 and 300 bhp depending on the head and camshaft choice.

Im keen to know hp and torque stats. Plus cost of one of these engines as in the 110

Depends on the engine build, plus with my twin turbo project the max torque will undoubtedly be up on that build so it then comes down to what you actually want and what your budget will allow.
