The amount of oil he puts for the omelette. He should provide directions to the nearest hospital for high cholesterol after having this and that way even the hospital would refer low cholesterol patients to this place. Sabke sath sabka vikas 😂.

I've seen some weird things in RJ but also had alot of excellent experiences with veg food (apart from Gujarat) Highlight was this amazing "egg pizza" (no pizza bread...just Outta slice bread🤣) The taste was unbelievable and I'm saying this after tasting "ALL" of the most well know pizza joints in the country alongwith many other standalone joints sprouted across borders. This guy operates from a cart and is located opposite Sodani sweets in Jaipur. I'm an egg fan but this experience was on a different level and far exceeded my expectations. I'd drive out from my hotel every 3 days and feast whilst drinking beer and taking parcels for drinks and post drinks🤣. 150/- for 1 egg pizza but it's sumptuous for a single person. My extra takeaways were for my friends. Mohit thanks for introducing me to this man!
