I like how Luke always complains about sneaking missions never staying sneaky in cod and then in Battlefield when he has the option of going fully sneaky, as he had at least once in all these stories, and playing his own way, he just starts shooting everyone after about 5 minutes. Oh and lest I forget how often he says that the large armies you sneak past in cod are unrealistic, and when he gets a realistic group to sneak past he goes in guns blazing. Love it Edit: It seems Luke just isnt destined for stealth ops XD Even when trying to sneak everything that could go wrong did

Since you like fps, you should really play the Metro series: Metro 2033 Metro Last Light Metro Exodus. Metro Exodus is just such a good game, I can't recommend enough. But you need to be careful playing that, you mess up once more than once and you gotta start all over again to get the good ending.

It’s not really a story like War Stories. It is just simply a very short 10sec narrative describing what events occurred or would have possibly occurred depending on which faction wins in the multiplayer match. Intro scenes and outros are just your officers or commanders trying to give you confidence to win, but I kinda understand what you mean.

Harsh Bansal not surprised. Many are taught these days to hate everything about the west but what can’t be denied is that he managed to unite the tribes and he fought side by side with them to defeat the tyrannical Ottoman Empire. He also developed a deep affection for the Arabs, even more so than his “own people”. Though no historical figure is liked by everyone.

@@Bhead69 well to a lot of Arabs they feel that he betrayed them as they were promised their own nations but instead got separated by lines made to benefit Colonial rulers . He tried to stop this but to no avail leading to him quitting the army.

@@harshbansal7982 they betrayed him as well. Laurence certainly thought he was fighting for Arab independence and to destroy the crumbling giant that was the remaining Ottoman Empire from the inside. Whatever happened after was out of his reach.

It would be great to see you play a few rounds of operations in multiplayer. The atmosphere is incredible

The Battlefield that gets you in the feels. And the only thing missing are the minor stories that are in multiplayer. Those combined with the major ones really completes the aspect of the campaign that the game was trying to give unto you.

For future, in order to be sneaky beaky you don’t need a suppressed weapon but you need a knife or a shovel or a broken bottle or any other melee weapon

Lawrence died pretty young, so sad. :(

Hey Luke, some of the games I think you should play are Medal of Honor 2010, its a modern war game with Navy SEALs, Wolfenstein, all of them. Wolfenstein is very sci fi but it is really good.

If you like these kinds of games I highly recommend you play verdun it's a realistic ww1 game although it doesn't have single player it's still great loads of fun

Spec ops the line is the best story in any military based video game ever(in my opinion) Criminally underrated game and you should definitely try it.

You should scout the area and mark all enemies before going in an outpost Kinda like far cry and ghost of Tsushima

Not that it matters now but I love how he was using a c96 pistol carbine for range when he had a Gewehr 98

getting the small tank from the start is the fastest way to do this mission haha, drive in there and blow everything up, Easy mode for sure

Alot of the controversy surrounding battlefield v is the reveal trailer which had a strange representation of world war 2.but once the game released is was surrounded in bugs. And the representation became less of the worry. Since then battlefield v has received it's last ever update and the game is in a good place. The war stories are cool because they wanted to focus on the untold and lesser known aspect of world war 2. I think the war stories are really good. Especially " the last tiger" Because it gives you a different perspective on the war

You should do Uncharted 4

Do they teach stealth infiltration techniques in the Royal Marines? Or do they focus more on frontal assault? Although, I get the glamour behind the option of direct confrontation during games such as Dishonored or Assassin's Creed. Too much 'sneaky beaky' can get a bit boring, and I don't really like missions where it is enforced - if you get detected: auto-failure! Splinter Cell is the only game where it makes sense to me, where Sam Fisher has to remain undetected. Otherwise, either stealth or full assault approaches are fine, so long as the player has the option.
