That only applies to where you live. Whilst in your home you expect to have privacy. Whilst at work there is no privacy as you are in contact with other people. As long as he is in a public place he can film what he can see. If they don't want filming just keep the door shut.

@@Coneman3 you’re saying that solely because she is female because for me personally you don’t have to swear or shout to be rude it could be through how you articulate a conversation. The moment a police officer continues to push for a request you have rightfully declined than you have stopped respecting the person rights. For some people that is a moral issue and I think people should uphold their morals, and you can clearly see that is his. I think videos like this whether AB is right or wrong allow the public the opportunity to understand the law better, police interactions and also call out the good, bad and misinformed officers because no one holds them accountable.

The problem with a section 5 charge is that it’s heard in magistrates court, where the police are often believed. One guy was sent down for 1 month for calling someone a pig, another 3 months for calling someone an f*** pig. Totally wrong, but causing offence is illegal in Britain these days. Repeal section 5!!!
