While viewing this I realised that Kate wears softer colors and more structured but softer edges to her clothing, whereas Markle wears strong bold colors with sharper edges on more collapsed clothing... however Kate seems more at ease and settled and timeless while Markle always seems a touch overt and self-conscious and on display.

Yes, Kate has a broader style and Markle’s is much narrower. Kate’s clothing looks tailored and put together. Markle’s is a bit messy and unkempt. I think it’s interesting how personalities are reflected in clothing. Markle is a wilder spirit which serves her goals. You can see these traits reflected in their styles.

You can see her leg muscles that she works out and cares about her appearance, she respects the Royal Family. Kate definitely isn't in an unhappy marriage as Diana was, Kate dresses for the occasion.
