I am an American woman I have great respect for Queen Elizabeth II and the traditions and cultures of all countries. As Americans we grow up immersed not only in American culture but also the culture of where our family immigrated from, as well as those of our friends and neighbors. I would go with my Polish friends down to St. Stanislas and have their Easter basket of food blessed. They would come with me to mass at St. Coleman's and then to the St Patrick's Day parade. My Italian friend down the street had a grandma who made the Italian ice for the Our Lady of Mt. Carmel festival and procession for the Feast of the Assumption. (She also taught me about pizza scissors!) Everyone goes to the Greek festival at St. Demetrius for the great food. I married a man of German descent and now know how to make schnitzel. My son attended 2 of his classmates' Bar Mitzvahs. Not Markle. She cares only for herself and her culture of delusion and fantasy.

This story has made me sad. Harry seemed to have had the desire for humanitarian outreach like his mother, and I thought he would do more of that with his life. But his marriage seems to have changed that course. Lately, the footage I have seen of him with her; he doesn't seem very happy. With the passing of the Queen, I think he might have a serious moment of self-reflection and see that the last few years of his life was wasted in not being with his Grandmother and family. I don't even get it. Was Meghan SOOO persecuted? Was her life SOOO miserable? She had an amazing opportunity to continue Diana's work, but instead we just hear about how horrible the royal family was.

I don't know if narcissism can be cured but it is indeed an illness. She cannot see herself as she really is. It is very sad to see someone making a fool of herself with no true understanding of what people really think of her. I feel sorry for both of them -- I hope they can get some help at some point. PS: Narcissistic personality disorder seems to be an epidemic these days!

There's nothing wrong with being middle aged. It doesn't automatically make you less valuable. People don't use ''middle aged'' as an insult against a man. I am middle aged yes, but even at 22 I understood that I was going to AGE, all being well. Ageing is not shameful. The number of comments here dismissing her as ''middle aged''. I'm no fan of hers but she is allowed to age. And 41 is hardly old.

Agnes. At the risk of being accused of hitting out, i will say it once more. The uk government set up a site asking for people to sign to strip them of their titles. It needed 100,000 signatures, which was reached in early june. The Bill has passed the first reading and is due for the second reading before the end of 2022. It will then go to the Queen for signature. IT HAS NEVER BEEN THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE QUEEN TO DO THIS ON HER OWN. I am tired of the daily rant of people who know nothing about how Constitutional Monarchy works. How many of you who ranted about "the titles must go" actually took the time to vote? ENOUGH ABOUT THE TITLES. DO ANY OF YOU READ THE COMMENTS WHICH WOULD HAVE ANSWERED YOUR RANTS. I CAN GUARANTEE THERE WILL BE ANOTHER ONE TOMORROW.

@@patryan1375 I'm not sure why you address this reply to me, I know about the Constitutional Monarchy and I know it's not down to HM the Queen but to the Government to make the titles go away by means of a law that will give the reigning Monarch the power to achieve that. In fact I have posted more than once myself about the Private Member's Bill that has had its first reading and is due to have its second reading in December.

Royal titles are not given based on merit. The blood royals are born with titles. They have done nothing the earn their titles or money. When women marry them they are given a title. It was never a system where titles are earned which is why most countries threw out their royals and formed more democratic governments.

The one thing Meghan NEVER worries about is if she's good enough.

Frankly I as an American am ashamed of her behavior. What gives her the right to go over there, and tell the UK royal family that their way of life and their culture is wrong? Do the royals get it right 100% of the time? No, nobody gets anything right 100% of the time. The woman was mad because she was expected to curtsy for the queen, it's ridiculous. There are dozens of cultures were people are expected not only to bow to their own parents and elders, but to put their foreheads on the floor when they mess up. And she threw a fit about bowing to the queen? Ridiculous. Think about how she would be seen if she were to go to any other country and start to trash their culture and government in that country? She should be ashamed of herself, and Harry needs some serious counseling. He grew up in a very traditional way with strict rules, and he came across this strong willed bully and he let her push him out of his family. We call that a giant red flag for an abuser over here.
