Some time long back, for the first time, I came across a review you'd done. I can't recall which it was but my first impression was the same back then as it is today: you, sir, have such an excellent skill for commentary. Your narrative, the voice-overs and your visuals just flow along intuitively. Your style of presentation is unique as it has no Marvel or DC movie style BGM, no cinematic camera work/color grading or the usual elements that somehow seem to be the norm nowadays. And yet we feel so connected to what you share as your thoughts/opinions. There is an endearing honesty in your approach and thankfully, no bias towards any particular brand. Kudos to you brother for setting your own benchmarks. May the angels of the road watch over your rides always 🤜🏼🤛🏼 With the risk of sounding vain, I'd like to take the liberty of suggesting that you must plan for a travelogue in book format or as a vlog series - a collection of your inner thoughts and experiences from the many miles (err...km) of riding that you will undertake in the years ahead. Something like what Ted Simon did with his wonderful book, Jupiter's Travels. Our country is large enough, varied enough and crazy enough to guarantee great many adventures - enough to put down as a motorcycle journal. I do believe your writing/vlogging skills will be able to take us along your journeys in the same engaging, warm manner as we have come to expect from your reviews. Cheers & safe rides! 🤘🏼

Superb vlog, best I have viewed on SM👍🙏😀. Bike seems dam perfect except for tear suspension just need some softer springs; possibly progressive🤔. The first workshop in India I'm guessing that gets it right will be opening their own gold mine 💰👍. I'm ordering in "Interstellar Green" with touring screen, touring seat and panniers as I have long trips to make each year, but once home/destination I can pop the screen off and I have myself a cruiser for around town. I've owned 5 Harley's and they've been great but knowwhere near the fun and enjoyment this bike is going to bring me 😮.

Love that bike and the accent. Remind me "Capitain Singh in Just Cause 2"

Interceptor owners ko yah bike lena chahiye ya nahi ? Sitting position uncomfortable lagti hai int 650 me shoulders stretched lagte hai and seat feels little nerrow which makes burning sensation in thighs and hips. My hight is 5.8 and half inches

Many vlogs I viewed are saying there is vibration at just 100 Kmph. It's still unclear about heat generated by this bike, mileage, pillion rider comfort and bumpy rear suspension.

Legends are waiting for updated version of super meteror 650 because of rear suspension and more accessories.😁

Is there a Slipper Clutch?

Can I ask a question the royal enfield fans (as I am). I want to buy the super meteor BUT: I think the price is too high for what it gives. 48 HP and 650cc. Honda hornet is gonna cost almost the same price with 750cc and 90HP, and a lot more electronics. Plus it is a HONDA.

Ride by wire and cruise control makes sense 🤔with this bike

Can you please differentiate the riding experience between meteor 350 and super meteor 650? Is it really practical to buy this cruiser instead of meteor 350 considering I ride a lot in cities in bumper to bumper traffic also?

Well, the 350 would be much easier overall for a daily ride. But you can manage this too, just a matter of time. Plus the 650 would keep you happy on the highway

Well, although it’s a reasonably easy motorcycle to manage, can’t deny that it is heavy. Mileage would be less than the 350 for sure, but you’ll be able to do over 300 km on a tank easily…

Can we replace the rear suspension with a little bit softer one?

Well, it all comes down to ground reality sir, which only you can test and gauge. The pillion seat though, for a heavy passenger, is too small in stock setup. So do test ride it once.

Was riding it in Mumbai, with a pillion Thane-BKC-Bandra-Worli-Navi-Mumbai, no problem over speed breakers.

Heavy machine! My ducati 999 weighs 205 Kg with full liquids.

They trash these bikes for only having 48hp but I think my Harley Sportster had only 40 to 45 hp and weighed more having 883cc

Accessories are like cheating the customers

Definitely it is a good bike, and its better tuned. BUT, there are critical quality issues with connecting rod seen with all the models including interceptor 650. Which is quite a silly thing from royal enfield. This is very common in RE bikes. I hope they have taken care , as this requires a major engine work to repair. Having and capturing the middle segment is a matter of pride for them :D but they should also learn from weaknesses of the their products. Just wrapping the same engine in a different chassis is okay, but then engine work coming up even before 50k is not acceptable. It is the customer who has to pay for it and RE makes good money out of it. So all the enthusiastic boys and girls who has booked it with all your dreams :D do not ignore it and make sure RE has taken care of this.

"Once bike moves, u will not feel weight ". One of the most rubbish sentences I have ever heard in case of RE. This sentence has no meaning,, once a Harley / Indian starts moving, then also u won't feel weight, once a Maruti/ Hyundai starts rolling, u won't feel weight,, Completely rubbish.. Just stop & take a u turn, it will tell u, i have seen people trembling/shaking while doing anything like moving the bike front, back, here, there,
