Gusto ko to sir Zach magreview ng bikes, he seems so grounded sa reality ng pagmomotor dito sa Pilipinas,unlike sa ibang Pinoy vloggers na nagrereview ng big bikes "good starter bike" this and that, nagmumukha silang out of touch porket sa USA anything lower than 1000cc can be considered a good starter bike because of long open highways sa kanila na hindi applicable sa traffic conditions natin dito. Minsan dapat pinipili din natin mentality ng mga foreigners patungkol sa bike at pag araalan muna kung yung ganong mentality ba patungkol sa big bike ay applicable din dito sa atin para di ka nagmumukhang conyong out of touch.

He's just cursing in filipino 😂😅. Because of a rule here in the philippines that anything that below 400cc cant go on expressway(interstate).

I'm considering picking up one of these. Your workout of the brakes was helpful. In reviews I've watched a few have mentioned that the brakes seem a little soft, but it looks like if you grab a handful it will slow you down pretty quick.

(im 50 btw, nearly 5''8, 85 kgs and very able).my years spent mostly on 4 wheels and mtb. cant decide bet the classic and the meteor...to consider all aspects with looks, comfort and much better than the other.its all my first time riding and experience a motorcycle if this happens....ur suggestions and choice il consider.....retiring from abroad..... thanks and waiting for ur answer....no experience riding a motorcycle......

There are still a lot more other roads where the north-south expressways can’t access and these are the east-west routes...anything close to 400cc will be perfect.

Dapat tlaga ibaba na nila ito. They keep clamping down on rules, meron pa ako nabasa statements from enforcers and officials na yung mga KTM 390’s daw dapat bawal sa expressway. Yet time and time again, they fail to explain why the 400cc rule remains relevant anyway. Slow, archaic, handbuilt jeepney are allowed, yet 350cc bikes that can go 0-60kph in 6 seconds cannot?

the 400cc regulation is such a pain in the ass. In the USA if you can stay above the speed minimum which is usually 55MPH then you can ride on the express way.

I could be wrong but it wouldn't make sense for the ABS to activate at low speeds. Since ABS is to prevent skidding by intimitant breaking. Skiding isn't a hazard at low speeds and intimate breaking would only lengthen the amount of stopping distance. Though as I said I could be wrong.

natawa ako sa last part about 400cc issue... IMO, dapat meron lane for lower cc motorcycles sa mga highway tolls and it should be on the right most lane which is lower speed or minimun speed lane para mas mabilis makabyahe lahat...

You can definitely start with a Meteor, even if you hadn't had experience with a scooter.

@@jantrada8824 you already know its main differences from a scooter, getting used to the clutch and the weight (which is only a matter when maneuvering at very low speeds). Other than that, it's a very good, safe bike for beginners: good ABS front and back, torque and power aren't absurd and completely controllable, the chassis provide good stability at all situations. You rode it, so I think you know what I'm saying, haha! I'm going for a Continental 650, and the same applies when coming from a 20~30ish HP street bike. Good luck!
