Jitendraji I am having Thunderbird 350x. It gives jerk while shifting in 1st gear when I start first time in day. Does it require clutch setting or something else is problem ?

Hello brother I have bullet 350x and I want to install alloys in this bike and also want to install 110 ralco tyres 19" so I have to do any modification to install rear alloy and Ralco tyres. I don't want to do any jugaad with my bike just so please advise.

Sir i own a standard bullet 500 and it has run for 50,000 kms+ but what happened is when ever I put it in 1st gear i feel like my clutch plates are spinning and Trk trk sound also comes within it And when I am in signal i usually be in 1st gear so when I want to put it in neutral it doesn't work i need to push it front then only i can get it into neutral.. गुरुदेव, मैंने अभी नवरात्रि में क्लासिक 350 गनमेटल ग्रे डबल ABS ली है, जिसमे कम्पनी फिटेड 9 स्पोक अलॉय व्हील विथ tube less tyre मिले थे पर मुझे वो अलॉय डिजाइन पसन्द नहीं आई थी तो एजेंसी वालों ने मुझे parado 30 स्पोक अलॉय व्हील का ऑफर दिया और कम्पनी वाले अलॉय उन्होंने ले लिए, मुझे बाद में फील हुआ कि मुझे एजेंसी की तरफ से बेवकूफ बनाया गया है क्योंकि मैं उत्तर प्रदेश के बुंदेलखंड के छोटे से गांव में रहता हूँ और खेतों पर आना जाना लगा रहता है जिससे खेत पर ही 2 दिन बाद ही मेरी बुलेट पंक्चर हो गई, भाईसाब क्या गुजरी आपको शब्दों में नहीं बता सकता मेरी जिंदगी का सबसे बुरा दिन था वो....😢 बाद में पंक्चर बनाने वाले ने बताया कि ये अलॉय tube less नही है और इन अलॉय को अलग से tube less कराना पड़ेगा, उसमे भी ये गारन्टी नही है कि वो सफल ही हो जाये। बस यही एक प्रॉब्लम अभी तक दिमाग सुन्न किये है। "आप इस पर भी एक वीडियो बनाइये जिससे मेरी तरह कोई और बेवकूफ न बन जाये। "जिस दिन से बुलेट ली है आपके हर वीडियो को देखता हूँ, सच मे आप बहुत ही अच्छे और ज्ञानबर्धक वीडियो बनाते हो, आपके ही कहने पर मैंने गनमेटल ग्रे खरीदी है, बाकई बहुत ही शानदार और बेहतरिन चॉइस...😊👍👌 सधन्यवाद..….😊

Mere saath ek problem hai, jab me red light bike rokke gear down karta hun 3ya4 hota hai tab gear down nhi hota fir me clutch chhodta hun to "gaaarrrr.... khat" ki sound hoti hai or gear vapas 3 ya 4 me hi reh jata hai. Iska kya solution hai.

Bhaiyya aisa kyun hota hai ki jab carburetor waali Std Electra aur Classic ki idle rpm agar tachometer ki madad se 1000+ rakhein to high speed(50 +kph) se downshift karte samae gear atak jaate hain,false neutral padhta hai . Lekin aisi problem Thunderbird 350 me nahin aati.

Apply the clutch and crank the engine 3-4 times with the kicker before starting. Your bike will not throw forward while engaging the first gear. This usually occurs when the clutch plates stick together. It's common in all uce engines. Try it Bhai.

Thank you. My bullet 350 just 600 kms run but gears very hard. No issue while increasing gears but always found hard while reducing. Many time gear don't reduce. Visited 3 times to service centre. They adjust clutch but again same issue after some. It's new bullet just 600 kms run. Pls guide

Hi there - thre bike could only shift to and from the higher gears while in motion. If the bike is stationary and if you try to down shift from higher gears or upshift to higher gears from the 2nd gear you may face the stated problem. You could avoid this issue by gradually downshifting while coming to a stop and gradual upshifting. Given the clutch slack is appropriately positioned with a smooth clutch cable.

Hi there - toe or heel, either of them could be used for shifting gears, only thing that matters is the rev range and speed at which the gear is shifted at a particular point of time. In my classic 350 the shifting is butter smooth, i won't even use clutch for upshifts, if you are unable to shift smoothly within the prescribed limits stated in the owners manual, please get in touch with the service center.

Guruji me Aapka blog niamit roop se Dekta hun you are truly give us good suggestion but guruji regarding the gear shift it is not advisable to shift the gear in wet potholes because chances of getting dirt on shoe. What I experience is shift the gear little bit quickly by pressing the rear side of gear pedal as compare to front side of the gear pedal by pressing the clutch

I have a question i had a long ride from mumbai to goa and suddenly some obstacle in front of me and i have to stop the bike urgently on 5 gear only but when i downsfhifted the gear there was a very bad noice from gear box can i get the answer why these thing happened?

When u r in speed & press clutch & then u down gear, loud sound will come bcoz u separated the clutch but gear speed slowly goes down thats why gear switch sound is coming This is the reason slipper clutch was introduced

Guruji 🙏 Mere pas Bullet 350 bs4 hai maine usme of Mercedes star Alloy lagwa rakhe hai abhi sirf 1765km chali hai May 2019 mai Buy ki thi but uske ABS mai aage seAwaj ki dikat a rhi hai ek bar master cylinder change ho chuka hai warranty period mai . Pehle bhi uska gear lever atakta tha ab bhi atak jata hai agar hum jldi jldi 2 se 3 baar break lagate hai to agar ye problem aap samaj paaye ho to plz bataye.
