I was there that day! It was amazing!
How many coaches would come back to their “old” school they coached at and give a speech? How many TOP 5 FAN BASES would accept a former coach like that? That’s when you know Roy made a VERY hard decision leaving and went home (who can be mad at that) and Kansas Fans respect that and him as a human being. That’s why if UNC ain’t playing, Roy cheers for Kansas and if Kansas ain’t playing Kansas Nation CHEERS for ROY!!!
