Yes, football is a sport, a form of entertainment and it's supposed to be beautiful, you guys hate cr7 simply because he is the most noticeable player that dives, Robben, Suarez and even Klinnsmann dived and I think it's fine, bad but it's football and the player is mere human after all.

@mw92 a lot of spelling mistakes but no problem. You have to understand that different people different personalities, in 80s 90s, Klinnsman, Vieri was some big diver but only naive-gullible kids hated them. Diving is bad, yes but put yourself into the player's shoes for once, don't you want to win, to score? That's not pathetic but plain humanity.

Today's kid will never understand what rivalry meant back those days....

It's because even though all the rivalry they had great respect for eachother. They're both alpha's and want to claim their territory, their win. But they both showed great respect by this rivalry, because to rattle an alpha you need to be one. Legendary rivalry, I miss those times. As an Arsenal supporter I miss the days when they battled out these kinda matches. Now both our clubs are a joke compared what they used to be

Football is better than ever. Never we'se seen such a tecnical and physical version of this sport. No need of this violence and risk. Remember Keane ended up someones entire carrer by this time. Ur being nostalgic. Probably just saying that bc your MU doesnt win anything great for a long time, and back then you used to win everything. This is called 'affective memory'.
