I don’t have a dog in this fight so I could care less either way but in my opinion a better way to do this test would be to swap out who goes first each time. It’s one thing to be the first to pick a line and judge speed it’s another thing to watch somebody’s line and speed and then repeat.

We did do that. I just put the clips of him going first when I edited them.

What trail was that last obstacle on?

Do you have any comparisons where the drivers swapped vehicles? Seems like most comparisons I see, the lead foot usually wins vs the better tire with a timid driver.

I've got Roxxzillas on my '20 Turbo and I'm always amazed at the versatility of the tire, even here in KY. They crawl rocks and ledges like crazy but still do awesome in the muck.

I have them as well on my x3 turbo. My only complaint is the ass end likes to break loose too easy on trails. Part of that is my 170 odd horsepower though. My XG Crawlers didn’t break loose like that. Anyone else having this in a turbo car ?

From my point of view the warriors had more balls than the driver did jmo

You can keep the warriors, but the driver skill difference wasn’t doing the comparison any favors.

They are honestly a terrible tire IMO.

I wonder if these guys know that we are watching these videos? LoL. When the Razor running the Warriors could have made it out the bowl the first time. He was 3/4 of the way put of the whole and he just let off the gas. LoL!!!

Well let’s see. Different machine and tire set ups and different drivers. Different air pressure and sizes of tires. Not a good comparison at all

Ya should do a comparison on the xtr370 those tires are blowing up all over, I know they probably won’t compare to the rockzillas but I would love to see how they perform

I actually just seen someone had compared those tires.

Try comparing the Rockzillas to the Nitto Trail Graplers sense they are both rock specific tires. The Warriors are more of a sticky trail tire. It’s for mud, rock,sand. Rockzillas are for rocks. Outside of rocks the Rockzillas flat out just don’t perform. I could not get rid of them fast enough. When I ride at MOAB I now use the Nitto Trail Graplers, the Rockzillas are awesome there to. Neither tire likes loose ground or mud but rocks they are awesome. System3 XT 300s are those Holy crap tires they perform on the trails. Rock,mud,sand,snow, but they are directional. That’s the down fall.

I wonder if a wider tire would make a difference with those warriors? Those roxzillas are like glue out there!

Definitely the roxzillas but I think the little bit of difference in driving also helps momentum is a big help hard to really crawl a sxs they seam to need more momentum

So scratch sticky warriors off the list✅ sucks because I dig the way they look. I understand the regular compound is tougher but🤷‍♂️ Rockzilla’s are definitely out of the question because I don’t just rock crawl and I understand you can tell a real difference in steering with rockzillas because of the flat profile. Thanks

Excellent comparison video. I happened to ride with Billy (Warrior tires) after this trip and personally saw how poorly these tires performed. Absolute garbage.

Machine on warriors needs a driver mod... also the roxxilla's looked to be aired down while the warriors looked like they had 20psi in them...

They both had 6.5psi in them. Its not a driver mod. That guy can drive. Ive got plenty more footage of where this came from.

They are the same they are a wider tire. Exact same size.

That was a horrible test. First driver is testing tires, second driver just uses momentum to get up

Lol, Go buy yourself a set and figure it out yourself.

I'm going out to Moab this summer and am in the market for tires on my X3 XMR. I have 15' rims. I do a lot of trail riding at home. Which tire would you recommend. I'm leaning toward the Roxxilla's but heard they steer harder on the trails.

Driver errror mostly!! Roxilla a little better though!

Not a good comparison, I’ve run both.. personally I prefer the warriors. But in this video it seems the warriors had the less experienced driver

The Warriors need to be ironed down there not even flexing much when you're hitting things. Also the driver needs to have a little bit more confidence in himself and the machine

One of my good buddies just ordered another a set brand new. Im going to remake this video with him on differnt terrain different part of the world here soon. You will see. We will be going balls out on some of the toughest terrain.

Warriors are pure junk and the only reason anyone bought them was bc a big name brand company released them they are heavier and more expensive.
