He's definitely using the recording of Leanne's deepest, darkest secrets and using it as blackmail to lure her into his cult whatever that is. The look from Nick shows concern & worry which is understandable and is obvious that she is getting herself into something and someone that's way above head.

I wanna say this is why you need to be careful about mental help. It is great when you need it, if you go to really qualified psychologically qualified practitioners, or go through the NHS if you're lucky enough to have one. But... you can drive yourself crazy overthinking and overanalysing, every bad thing you've done or every dark thought you've ever had. It's like shining a torch in the dark of a house and looking in every single nook and cranny. You just won't want to live there anymore, but you can't leave your own head. Amateur psychologists have a lot to answer for in this regard.
