Peethala Murthy yadav, 22nd ward corporator , visakhapatnam was the one who intially opposed the rushikonda palace and fought a long court case in high court in vijayawada with his own finances. He got a stay order and attended all court hearings himself, due to which mr. Jagan reddy couldnot stay at the palace as he said vizag would be the capital(which ycp never did). Even when murthy yadav and a senior counsel tried to enter the palace premises with court permission, an FIR was registered against them and police stopped them .now the palace is in the open. Hats off to fearless leaders like murthy yadav who fought bravely inspite of many hinderances.

He has ED cases for the corruption he did when his father YSR was in power. People has no common sense to think he has not done corruption when he himself elected as CM. He is probably top 1 corrupted politician in India

There is no justification on spending 50cr to Jagan camp office, at his residence. Hr made an helipad also at his residence. He uses helicopter like a bicycle at Government expenses. How reckless the YSR men are? They compare Staying in hotel with newly built lavish palace at the cost of 552 crores. They challenge to take action against Jagan for his lavish spending. Taking action may follow later. Jagan has pledged all Government land and buildings raised loan. Total loan he raised over 10 lac crores. There are interim secretariat, (which Jagan do not visit), high court and assembly building for absolute necessary to run those offices. Jagan with hold huge amount of bills to several contractors even after they filed contempt petitions. Jagan and Co looted the state left and right. Namely few of them are: sand and soil selling, liquor selling, mining of minerals selling , building village secretariats for commissions, giving over 300 cr advertisements to his news paper and tv channels, colouring defacing of Jagan party flag colours on all Government buildings over 1000cr, exporting rice of 2.32 lacs every month through his benamy companies for a profit of 100 per kg, rowdy mamul collection of Rs.1000/- per acre of fish tanks, fish packing and exports, officials postings, commissions on recruitment, buying land at 10 times higher price for allotment os sites to poor for huge commissions, encroaching and grabbing Government lands, assignment lands alloting thousands of acres to his benamy companies, grabbed many hotels, star hotels, petrol bunks, liquor companies, business establishments for either outright purchase at throw away Prices by threatening them, or profit share upto 50-80% without investing a rupee and many more I may not able to recollect all as of now
