You can really tell in a good way how in the off farm career you thrived in tight deadlines, budgets, and complicated requirements with curveballs tossed your way on each project. Someone who just farmed all their life can't be as frank in self critique without it being personal. You are doing a good thing investing in yourself being able to handle the growth instead of falling back on only what has always been done.

Absolutely, Ben learned from the RR career when life gives U lemons, U make lemonade, don't cry that U missed dessert. Remember stressed is DESSERTS spelled backward, would nice if more people could learn/use this on a routine basis!!

I feel I'm watching myself sometimes, LOL. My wife and family laugh sometimes when I think out loud about my plans and my figures I've come up with. But sometimes they work out perfectly and sometimes not. Keep up the great videos and I enjoy hearing your thoughts and plans. I've heard a few good ideas i think could help me also. God bless and stay safe sir,

Hopefully baling mine today. Should have been yesterday but we had a freak downpour yesterday. It poured for 15 minutes here yet my uncle was doing small square bales a mile down the road. Sitting in my feed room watching it rain past the rain he's just baling away

Hey Ben,looks like another beautiful day in the U.P. Just wondering if you have ever seen a problem with baling the sorghum too wet, other than hard on the equipment. Will the balage still keep ok? Thanks. Looks like rain up that way over the weekend.

Hi, I had quick question. How long does it take the sorghum to dry down to be baled and put away dry? Did you have to ted the sorghum a few times to get a solid drying period?

I like the way that you explain the method to the madness lol you seem to know exactly what you want for your crops and that's important I have a question for you we don't do high moisture hay for one we don't have the means to handle it we farm in Tennessee would sorghum work as regular hay we have in the past done what we called green m but it took so long to dry but when it was cured it made good hay good video

I've small squared it before and figure week to ten days to dry. I tried it on October last year and it was on the ground for three weeks and finally baled iffy..

Ben, I'd be curious to know what moisture that turns out to be if you test it. I bale mine a lot wetter. Maybe I'm rolling it up too wet. My tester shows 55-60%
