At 147 i always had to spar guys 20+ lbs at the local gym. You guys got some nice work in here without having to worry about the overhead 🥊

Red headgear is kinda smart in there. He’s not just a brawler. He’s going to body enough to keep Blue headgear guessing. Good work from both

So towards the end Blue headgear started changing his strategy a bit to box from the outside and he was having better success 👍🏾

tons of head movement and both have excellent footwork. really opens up my eyes about sparring.

hah,i come form a small gym in china which you could only sparrying with a handful guy( far less than you guys in the States.). Fresh dude often get hurt and no improvment in sparring. Boxing is raw here. So i really appreciate Parallel8's efforts on post these excited videos. @@staticshockboxing

This sparring session has more action than Shakur Stevenson's latest fight.

I haven’t seen a sparring match like this since I was training that’s like 5 years ago. It makes me wanna get back at it.

One of the best sparring ive seen. Slowly ramped it up and still knew when to back off. Quality work. Both fighters got better here.

Anthony has about 40 or so and Pollo has about 60 or 70. I forget the exact number but I put it in the Epic Texas video from last week

Honestly blue would do a lot better with more fluidity and head movement. Was way too stiff with how defense without enough counters. Both did great tho.

are these gloves 16 oz or 14 oz?
