Such absolute power and Majesty can only be found in the exquisite music of Rotting Christ.

If you look carefully you'll see on the video black metal bands lost in the mountains and Vagelis Aealo recording a Rotting Christ cover in some mountain top🤘😛

I don't know what it is about this song, but it made me feel a ton of emotions. I haven't been moved by a metal track like this in a very long time. I think the most recent that made me feel similar was Borknagar - Up North. Both this and the other song make me feel a sense of freedom. That's the only way I know how to express the feeling I get from the two tracks. This song is absolutely incredible!

I am Hungarian. In my country, there are several mountains that were believed to be a gathering place for witches and spirits. Were probably holy mountains in pagan times. I live near just such a mountain.

When I used to go to church, I would sing this song outside as I puffed my cigarillo and people would ask what I’m singing and that it was beautiful. I laughed and said “holy mountain by rotting Christ” they would walk off in utter disgust. I still love the Lord with all my heart and strength, but He has allowed me to listen and get to know so many bands in order to appeal to fellow metal heads to share the Gospel. Should they choose to accept it. There is a choice faith in Christ is not mandatory, but a wise decision indeed.

Lol that's honestly pretty cool man, finding that common ground especially in art with your kids is awesome. My son and I havnt breached that barrier in metal yet but to have Rotting Christ be the catalyst would be exceptionally cool lol. Time will tell though, me and my own dad (65 now) recently reconnected over a Hawkwind album (his favorite band) and it was such a "all the pieces falling into place to make sense of the whole" moment

Sakis , Clean Vocal , Rotting Christ , Wild cold nature , I think life couldn't be more beautiful ! , Fantastic Work🤘 , RC has been my first band and will be forever ♥️♥️♥️

From this point on (or rather much earlier ...) Rotting Christ should be treated as a band that creates its own world. It is a power that cannot be compared to anything that has been created so far. In a class of its own.
